When I got the drinks they came with stickers and a sticker stopper on the top. (My daughter was too excited to share that with you all) One white mocha, one candy cane hot chocolate. Both perfect temperatures & deliciously creamy. Customer service was top tier. Will return sooner than later. Rewards/Points system would be an excellent incentive.
I got the small cold brew with some additional changes and i loved it. The staff was friendly and helped us choose a drink. It was my friend’s first time and she liked her drink. There is only drive through and no seating inside
I came to Dutch Bros for their soft opening. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with helping my brother and I pick a drink. We got the Annihilator and Caramelizer blended with whipped cream and it was so great! We came back to try the Golden Eagle blended and loved that as well! Keep up the great work Dutch Bros Missouri City. So glad you guys are close by because I will be coming back!
I am sipping on my Sugar and Spice Oat Milk Latte. I don’t taste the coffee at all. Tastes more like a spiced tea and oat milk. Customer service was amazing though! For customer service, i give 5 stars but 1 star for the drink itself.
Our first time at Dutch Bros, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The hazelnut truffle mocha was delicious. Also, the girl working in the drive-thru window was so sweet! Definitely coming back!
Husband and I wanted to see what all the talk was about so we stopped by on a Saturday early afternoon. The line was long but it went by pretty fast. The guy who took our order seemed to be nice but was very distracted and it took forever just to take down two drinks. We got one hot and one iced coffee. we got our orders and it was just water down coffee. No flavor no taste. I kept drinking it hoping It would get better. It's hard to rate a new business in our neighborhood because I feel bad but it was not worth the $13 we spent. Side note: please train your employees to recommend drinks or have better knowledge of the coffee they're selling. The young man didn't know anything. Maybe we just ordered the wrong drinks.
2.5/5 stars from me. The majority of the drinks are way too sweet for me, but my wife enjoys them. I have found one on the menu that I really enjoy if I order it "half sweet". Staff is very friendly, almost to a fault.
The drive thru is an issue. They have a sign that says "pick the shortest line". But the person taking orders stands right at the point where the two lanes merge, and today was taking orders from the left lane about twice as often as the right lane. After we were cut in line by the third car to have pulled up after us, I drove off without ordering.
If you like coffee drinks that are very sweet and are willing to get out and try the walkup window, you will have a great experience here. Otherwise, there are plenty of other nearby options worth trying.

Great drinks overall and nice staff! There are a few downsides. The wait time for a drink can take 15 min. (Very slow service) There are two lines that merge into one, and there is no organization once they merge. So, that means orders take just as long to get to you. There’s one window for drive up and it’s so awkward because the person at the window will talk to you the ENTIRE time you’re at the window in till your drink is handed to you. I don’t want to be rude at all, and I understand customer service but it’s a bit much, and makes it awkward. Also the fact that they hold a big iPad in your face for a tip after you pay , seems intrusive and can make one feel obligated to tip. Lastly the Dutch bros app makes you scan your QR code when you order, instead of including one on your receipt to earn points etc.

Vibe- This is a cute coffee shop that’s very new to town! They have the options of walking up to place your order or you can go to the drive thru.
Customer service- Great! The person that took my order was very kind.
Food/drinks- I got the seasonal drink, sweater weather chai white chocolate with oatmilk and it was delish!! :)
Parking- There’s about 15 spots right in front of the building.
