This is my go-to tea shop. The staff is incredibly kind and the tea is consistently delicious.

Best bubble tea I've ever been to! Boba is always fresh! Great customer service

Now this is a hidden GEM. Feels like something right out of a big city. I love the colors, great ambiance inside and the coffee milk tea is bomb delicious. I'll be back.

They broke heath code right in front of us!

They made my wife drink wrong because they rang it up wrong then charged us for the premium topping on top of the basic topping price that we already paid for. Then took our tea, opened it and just added the Bubba into the tea and resealed it... after I told them that she didn't one the jelly they had into it THE MANGER took her drink started to STRAIN it out into a new cup and when I called her out on it telling her she can't do that she looked at me and said I was straining it and throw it away. She strained it into a NEW CUP just to throw it away???? Okay Manger keep breaking health code and lying about it. I did call the health department and reported this place for the violation will also be calling upper management about the terrible Manger and customer service this place had. The unfortunate thing is the tea we got was delicious.. just soured by the poor customer service.

So happy that the biggest boba tea chain has came to Midland! I love that I can order ahead or pay in store through the app and earn points so easily, and at any Kungfu Tea all over the country! This location has nice & friendly staffs, and it’s pretty spacious. Delicious drinks and nice atmosphere!

Great tea and fast friendly service. The lady helped and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend 😊

Ehh it’s boba

I got the Taro Milk Green Tea Boba
I got a large it cost about 6 bucks
It was very good

I did ask for a little bit of sugar which according to them is about (30%) sweetness as shown on the menu, and it was still pretty sweet more than what I’m normally use to cause I normally don’t eat or drink foods/beverages that are high in sugar but I do love my boba teas

I don’t wanna try the regular sugar amount when my order was already at 30% so in the future I’ll make sure to order no sugar or even half of the (30%) amount

I wish they had a sugar free option for diabetics though instead of using sugar/honey
(if they do have it then I just didn’t see it)

Next time I’m hoping to try there sesame flavor and matcha flavor, overall it was a nice experience and some nice boba 4 out of 5 for me

(Edit on this Post, I went back again on 2022 around September and the Boba pearls were really hard and not soft and the two female workers were kinda rude to me and they didn’t have some items on stock so I had to get an alternative, it seems like the quality has gotten worse with some of the new workers there so I’m changing this review to a 2 out of 5 (this most recent trip to this place was pretty bad and expensive) ended throwing my boba away

So I absolutely love boba 🧋 we’ve had boba everywhere so when my nail tech informed me of this place I was excited to try. My family and I have gone several times tried many different drinks everything has been great. But this last time I took my boys the staff wasn’t very pleasant. They kept oddly starting and me and my kids. It literally took about 30 mins to get 3 drinks. My drink was warm and I got an iced drink. And my boba was crunchy. It was just an odd experience. To be honest my family and I most likely will not be returning.

Love their menu offerings and varieties of drinks and toppings you look forward to going back and trying. Place is clean, open and spacious...I ve been here a few times ranging from weekdays to weekends and at different times enough to see they definitely arent understaffed to the point of long lines of customers forming but still get in and out quickly due to full staff....which blows my mind as to how, despite those advanteges, they take forever with drink orders!? Kudos on the mobile ordering app choice....And even having a 12 min head start (driving time from house to store) i still had to wait an additional 10 mins for order...in a empty store..
