Amara Gelato

This was our first and sadly last visit. Loud and rambunctious children running all over jumping on the tables coughing whist there mum's are going on shouting at each other to compensate for their children being as loud as they are.
None of which is the fault of the shop at all by any means I'm not saying that.
No let's go to the customer service part, gentleman rolled his eyes when I told him it would be a while because it was my daughter's first stop in, when she did decide what she wanted we paid and had to use the restroom. At the moment there was no place to put our gelato down because of the children running around all over the place and the only free table was dirty. We put our gelato on the dirty table which had dirty dessert plates as the personnel of the shop stood around and paid no mind to the situation. We exit the restroom to find the table still was not clean I turned to ask one of the personnel to see if they could wipe the table down for us. No sooner did I turn around to grab my ice cream The personnel that I asked had sprayed the cleaner of the table all over our gelato cups with disregard. As I picked up our gelato and repeated to my child that we would go elsewhere and this now had to be dumped because it was sprayed with cleaner and the personnel looked puzzled at me as we walked to the trash can to discard our cups of gelato after she sprayed them with cleaner for the table and then we left out of the shop. No apology was given from personel
for the situation. One star and sadly I can't speak to what their gelato taste like because of this instance.

Please hire a Barista and someone that can handle the menu. Only come for the gelato, nothing else. Still, not the best tasting, but the only one in Midland Texas.

Best place in Midland! Makes you feel like you are somewhere else but West Texas. Nutella and fruit is my favorite crepe, and I love kiwi banana, key lime pie and forest berries gelato.

The worst Gelato I have ever had and the service is terible. The owner is very rude. I would not recommend. They won't refund you if you don't like the way your Gelato taste.

First of all, great service and very friendly staff! Secondly, worth trying, every flavor was great! I never knew Amara exists up until now, and I am glad I found this spot.

This is easily the best ice cream/gelato place in Midland. If you have not been here please come and check it out, you will not be disappointed! We have lived in multiple different big city’s across the US and would come here in heart beat! The lady that helped us was super nice and super personable. Thank you Amara for the great experience and awesome Gelato! We will be back again for sure! #darkchocolate!

This is best ice cream ever! The flavors the textures, everything has been thought through. The decor is so adorable I have to fight the urge to take a million selfies every time I go in.

Best gelato in town! Best crepes in town! My favorite is blueberry cheesecake and Nutella and fruits crepe.

Amazing! We just stumbled upon this gelato shop. This is a treasure for Midland. Quality is incredible and there are 4 vegan/dairy free options. The taste is phenomenal. I can't believe we have such a upscale place here. Yay!

Amara Gelato offers the most delicious and creamy gelato you will ever try. I have not missed a single week of gelato since their big opening, and I plan to continue doing so :) I also love their coffee and gelato shakes (try the vanilla one - it's a piece of heaven). LOVE this place!
