Online and Doors days they close at 10pm today (Holiday Hours) yet I got to the door at 8:57pm and a lady didn't let me pass the door , screaming she was closed . I said I thought they closes at 10 and she yelled no ma'am at 9 when I was standing right next to the sign saying today they closed at 10pm. Please train your employees better

The short fat lady with red hair was extremely rude, she wouldn’t let me return one of my mom’s things claiming she had to physically be there for the return. My mom is disabled and bedbound it was an online order which I had the receipt for. But she didn’t even listen to what I had to say she just quickly dismissed me with an attitude. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but extremelyyyy rude 0/10

I normally love this store. However this particular location is not in the best area for a pleasant shopping experience. The employees here are kind of rude, not everyone, but enough to mention it. The store is mostly clean with the exception for a few pallets of items randomly and inconveniently placed. Other than that it’s fine.

Place was alittle blown on merchandise and had lots of defective units on shelf, especially plant area. Otherwise good place and the one by Fartwheel Mall in Garland bout same.

I’m a regular customer at this store and always buy things for my home, and I have the membership with them. I sometimes need to return stuff because it didn’t suit my decoration and always no problem it’s returning even if I don’t have the receipt. Today my wife went to return a wall decor that they told us we have a return policy up to 3 months since we’re members, and the lady worked at the register refused to return the item because my wife didn’t have the receipt and I wasn’t with her even though the item still had the tag on it and didn’t have any problems with it but it didn’t fit with our decor. The only thing the lady had to do is look up the number and will find the receipt on my account but she didn’t want to do that. My wife could eventually return the item but after arguing with them. Be careful when dealing with them.

First I have to say we absolutely love this store.
My daughter and I went Saturday to pick up stuff for a bridal shower. We noticed not a few but a lot of items had price tags with one price but that were marked out and then replaced with another tag only they were marked up with a higher price? Thought this was strange… If you’re gonna up a price then at least remove the original one completely so it doesn’t look like you are screwing your customers lol.

Had everything I needed between the "garden area and lumber" to make 4 above ground gardens using cedar. Also bought seeds for flowers, vegetables, and fruit. Just stopped in again to buy shade cloth and posts for the gardens.
