Tea Rush Express

The wait time alone is ridiculous. I understand it’s a small business but waiting 15-20 minutes for 1 drink is too much. They also recently raised their prices & are serving less than half a scoop of boba, I’m guessing so you’ll want to pay for the extra scoop. When my drink is finally ready they sit it on the counter for 5+ minutes while they take about 5 other people’s orders so by the time I finally get it it’s watered down & you can’t even ask for a remake bc the lady goes to the back for another 10+ minutes.

First, the woman taking orders had an attitude and was rude to my wife for whatever reason. She is in the valley so she needs to humble herself. Secondly, I’ve traveled to most countries in the Pacific, Hawaii, Guam, and all of the West Coast, so I’m sure I know how boba should taste. This IS the worst boba I have ever had lol. If you love flower scented dish soap this is the place for you. I ordered a simple strawberry for my 4yr old but instead she got dish soap, it was terrible. I caution other parents. We still are in search of boba that isn’t subpar here in the RGV.

Boba tea are great here, however the business hours are very short unfortunately. Customer service is not the best and the wait to order and get your items is also a long wait. Other than always being packed it’s a good establishment to a snack when you have the time to wait.

Love everything about this place. The lady who took my order was incredible! So friendly, and incredibly patient. She made our drinks with love for sure, because, wow . Delicious, Great place!

Worst customer experience I have encountered. I arrived, placed an order for a 16oz Taro Milk and was serviced last. Everyone else was getting their orders except me and when I informed the woman at the counter she was rude. Her tone and demeanor was condescending towards me. I am not one to do reviews or etc, but, after the way I was treated I felt the need to share this for future customers.

Hi y'all, I went into Tea Rush Express on Easter just before they closed and I was not expecting a good experience. BUT wow I was wrong. I bought a great bubba tea, great service, and i didn't wait long.

This place is fantastic!! My sisters and I had our first ever bubble tea here and we loved it. Every time we go it is great. However, one day we went and my older sister ordered before me and my other older sister, and she got hers after the both of us. Also, it didn't seem like her order was actually taken because when she went to get her "order," the lady said that was for someone else. When my sister told her that she ordered, the lady didn't believe her and asked if she ordered anything. Well, my sister got her drink in the end, but it would be nice if we got receipts so there won't be any misunderstandings. Or if there was like a number system to call the orders. Overall, this place is great.

The boba tea is not bad and the prices are okay. The only reason I feel the need to give 3 stars instead of a higher rating is due to the fact that my husband and I drove all the way from mission, because he wanted to try it, and even though their hours of operation stated they would be open until 8pm, they were closed by 7:30. It was a bit disappointing and a waste of our time.

This place has really gone down in quality, used to be my favorite shop for years but the tapioca pearls are so soggy now like they've been sitting for too long. The drinks are also watered down and the customer service has never been the best. Used to be a solid 5 now they're barely a 2 out of pure nostalgia I guess.

Frsshly made smoothies here. Boba tea was very good.
