I have been here two times.
We tried a machiato and a Cortado.
And both were good.
The young slim Asian man really has excellent customer service skills. I'm not a fan of the sandwiches, but they are still okay.
The coffee really does stand out. And worth a visit for me.
I spent about 5-12 dollars per person, ...

Love visiting here when in town.

Great online ordering system.

On last visit had a wonderful iced coffee.

Visited today and working with barista, figured out which beans, and I bought a bag!

I love coffee. I love coffee shops. The smell is wonderful. The atmosphere here is awesome. I love to support local and small businesses.

Really enjoyed this independent coffee shop. Have their own brand of coffee and it was very good! Support local!!

Beautiful atmosphere. The Cafe Americano is prefect for me. Had a croissant too! Will definitely go back soon.

I absolutely love the coffee here. I’ve had Gloria Jeans, Semile, Starbucks, Moonbeans, Jitters, Coffee Zone, Balance Brew, and Il Forno coffee. And Reserva has the best coffee hands down. The coffee is exceptional no doubt. Full of flavor no bitterness and smooth. Great product indeed but it takes more than an exceptional coffee for an all around great experience. There are somethings I would change as per the following:

*Have the staff be a little more talkative to customers
*Slighty lower lighting
*Curtains and plants at 10th location to absorb the echo
*Adding a blended option to the online ordering menu
*Staying Open atleast till 10pm on weekends

Having the staff be more personable I think would take the experience to excellent rather than satisfactory.

Now I am not sure as to the instructions to the staff so I would address the owner on this and that is putting up chairs while a customer is still next to the empty table would be considered bad etiquette. I understand they may need to close by a certain time but perhaps do the tables that are away from customers. Also, for the location on 10th street perhaps a row of lights could be turned off I love the lighting at the Ware location but the 10th one leaves something to be desired. 10th street location also has a lot of echo and I think something to absorb the sound would be needed to help with that.

I am looking forward to the new location but do hope they do not follow in the footsteps of the other two locations and go with a more traditional coffee shop look that is more inviting. Keep making the same exceptional coffee. A must visit if you are into coffee. I highly recommend the Wildflower Honey Latte and it’s also good blended with ice! I really want this coffee to be around for the foreseeable future.

Had the Almendra hot, very good flavor. In general, McAllen has the best coffee spots, much better than Stabucks and Dunkin. The vegan banana nut was delicious and triple brownie was very rich in chocolateness
