I ordered a frozen drink and my son got a black tea.. really good, no lines at all.. bit dirty probably cause it's inside of the mall.. Awesome customer service

Love it still consistent since the early 90's and the place was a tad smaller. Always ordered the coco loco and still my fav. Personally I prefer here over your most common coffee shop which I am NOT a fan of it "SB" but each to its own. I've tried this one similar coco loco at the popular "SB" but nope Gloria Jean's coffee makes it just right for me. And makes me happier with the chocolate sprinkles... hadn't been here over 4yrs and i came yesterday to buy it again and it is perfect. The background says it all for me haha (Heaven) Delish!. Thx Gloria Jean's. And the staff is very friendly too. Give them a try.

This place use to be great back in the day. I noticed that the guys preparing the cold drinks would sip on them before putting the whipped cream. Definitely unsanitary food practices. Gross!

their coffee is really good and really sweet so if you don’t like too much sugar i would recommend not getting as many flavor shots of whatever you’re getting. It’s also pretty loud because of the blenders being right next to the cashier and it makes it hard to hear the cashier at times.

they never called my name and were very rude when we asked why we haven't received our drink. They told me that someone took it, and didn't acknowledge the mistake. After a few minutes of standing there they put a drink in front of me so I took that. Bad service

What a horrible experience. All I ordered was a small, black, hot coffee. I received and was charged an iceed coffee. I mentioned to the gentleman that he had given me the wrong order. He spoke to another worker and apparently she told me that no one knew how to give a refund. I told her that her and the other employees had a goal to learn about how to do their job properly and efficiently. She said, "Sure, maybe".

Let me start with the employees that attended me that that day, Yanir, Luis A., Rodger, LeeRoy this guy's have excellent customer service !! Last weekend I came to this location and a few girls were working here and they don't have half of how this young guy's run this business. With that being said this guy's have what it takes keep up the Great work !!

Really bad experience. I ordered an espresso and asked for a bit of milk, which I was charged almost $1 for. When I got my coffee it literally had 5 drops so I asked for a bit more, the server then proceeded to grab the milk carton straight from the fridge and pour it in my cup. Of course my coffee was then cold so I told her and she grabbed my cup and warmed it up in the microwave. I was charged almost $3 for a reheated espresso in a disposable cup, totally not worth it.

I use to love this place, but now the kids they have hired are super rude and don't even pay attention when you place your order. The last few times i have gone they get my order wrong and then when i tell them its wrong they give attitude. Today i told the guy it was wrong and he just poured the drink he had made to add more into it then blended it again. There is no customer service here anymore. Definitely not going back anymore, I'll go to coffee zone.
