Drink was great! Ice Golden eagle with soft top and caramel drizzle. The staff are all very friendly.

I don’t understand why it takes them so long to make drinks. I decided not to go through the drive thru. I walked up and I ordered RIGHT AWAY. There was only 2 or 3 people waiting for drinks and I waited 20 minutes for mine. 🫠 I had also noticed the girl taking the order was making the drinks too. I counted at least 8 employees. Like the other reviews, only come if you have no issue waiting at least 20 minutes.

I get the picture perfect EVERYTIME, it’s out of this world!!! I’m thinking it’s even better than Starbucks! Wait time is long sometimes but that’s understandable :)
They take your order in a zig zag motion so make sure you pick the shortest line. You also CANNOT call ahead and place your order.

Please have your employees working inside where it is warm. It is cold 46F and raining at 9:10am 11/19/22. They have no umbrella or anything protecting them from the weather. Your employees are soaking wet with water dripping down their face in the cold and taking orders. My first impression is so sad. They gentleman in the camouflage jacket and the young lady in black jacket, my heart goes out to you! They were the sweetest employees.

Brenda always delivers great service and the drinks are delicious. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend!!

I really wanted to love it. I got the golden eagle and it says its comes with vanilla and caramel. All I tasted was coffee n oatmilk I requested. I was really looking for that caramel n vanilla flavor. Nothing different from a mcdonalds coffee n cream, just this was $5 more. I won't cheat on starbucks anymore lol Customer service was great though!

employee spoke in an australian(?) accent even though he said he’s from around here. he also didn’t know anything about the menu when i asked what certain drinks had in them. also kinda weird how majority of the employees are white in a very hispanic dominant area. needs more diversity to match the diverse city we live in. coffee tastes fine just like any other tbh
