Numinous Coffee Roasters

I’m obsessed with this place. As are most of us locals. It’s such a gem in the Hillcountry! Great atmosphere. Great people. Excellent coffee. Something I’d expect from a big metro area but was pleasantly surprised to find right here at home. Been coming since we moved here 3 years ago and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!

Stopped by on a trip to Marble Falls on the recommendation of an Airbnb host and so glad I did. I ordered a latte with lavender syrup that was the perfect temperature (not scalding hot!) and amount of lavender. Aside from cofee, they also have affordable pastries and a beet and goat cheese salad available. I'll be back on my next visit!

Love that not only can you get hot cider or coffee here; but you can see local artists displaying their art and possibly purchase a piece to take home. My daughter loves local authors and we were able to snag her a book too!

Friendly staff, cozy homier ambiance than big coffee shops. Coffee is roasted here. The breakfast muffin is handmade. Jalapeno cheese scone is moist dense and flavourfull. Cookies are GREAT my favorite is the apple molasses. Stop by for some coffee and maybe give something out of your usual a try. Studio de Col Bleu approved👊👋

If you want fresh tasty coffee direct from the roaster and expertly made this is the place for you. I get a cortado that is smooth and rich and just the right amount of espresso and a little steamed milk. The bake goods are excellent and made daily. Of special note are the fantastic light and delicious lemon cookies.

Marble Falls is a wonderful town, but this coffee shop is on a par with those found in America's major metropolitan areas. It is absolutely top-notch in every respect, from fantastic coffee and amazing baked goods to the architecture and decorations. This is a must-visit spot for anyone who goes within 50 miles of Marble Falls.

L-O-V-E-D this place! They make the best decaf lavendar lattes and the whole atomosphere is great-- it has a warm, unique feel for a coffee shop and the employees are kind and quick. I love the art too! Plus a very friendly cat hangs around the area!

Such a cozy, cool spot for coffee. Loved the regular coffee and hazelnut latte.
