Flying Squirrel Coffee Company

Always great coffee and great people. The place is always decorated according to the season and their monthly specials never disappoint. Even if it's not my favorite from flying squirrel, any drink they make still far surpasses any drink made anywhere else.

I love absolutely everything about this coffee shop! The atmosphere is super comforting and relaxing, and everything thing I’ve ever tried was delicious. And then there’s the staff....what a great group of people! They help give the coffee shop warm, inviting vibes and they are always supporting the community and schools with different events. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out!

We greatly enjoyed our first visit to Flying Squirrel this past weekend! The location in Downtown Mansfield is very cute, and is always decked out in decor for each holiday. The service was great, and both of our drinks were delicious! We will absolutely be back soon.

Atmosphere is top notch, it’s spacious enough to work or social without hearing everyone else’s conversation. The coffee is good, on this trip on the Nitro with some cream. It was excellent! The coffee cake was also delicious, it was served warm and was a perfect afternoon snack. I’ll be back for more…

Service was super friendly, but I have to give special mention to the guy on bar.
Mr. Ryan was knowledgeable about the syrup flavors, listened to what I was looking for and CRAFTED the perfect chai/ginger latte. The best well balanced flavor I have ever had - no lies. I wish I lived closer, but my wallet is glad I don't.

Pretty, but hollow. The matcha was subpar and grossly sweet with a funky after taste. They used dairy instead of oatmeal when our order explicitly said oatmilk(I am allergic to dairy)Gave me an iced something or other, then had to remake it because it wasn't what I ordered at all. All the staff was dressed lazy or in sweats, it was obvious to me they didn't give a care, proved by the 3 mess ups on our 3 drink order. The owner was there, but it seemed like having her working behind the counter did the opposite of help, as she took our order AND her not closing the lid on my drink got me burned by it. It's a cool joint to look at, but missing in quality AND taste. Won't be going again just to pay so much for this poor experience.

The owner and her staff are very friendly &so helpful! She recognizes us immediately when we walk in. I can’t tell you how much I love the small town vibes she and her shop gives me! Mansfield is grown but I enjoy this small business in the heart of Mansfield!

Lovely place to get treats and coffee, lots of choices to go to for variety of coffees. The cinnamon roll was so good! Plenty of staff on hand too!

Eclectic coffee shop. Fun decor. The coffee and smoothies we bought were well made. They have baked goods too.

Suzie and I visited FSCC on a day in early December. Parked within 30 ft. of the front door. The atmosphere inside was very inviting, with tasteful holiday decorations and a fun but not overwhelming color scheme. We had espresso and a holiday coffee (gingerbread flavored), plus a pastry and all were very good. The place has a comfortable feel, and the staff was very friendly. We agreed that this place could become one of our favorite hangouts in this artsy/historic downtown district. And, they are OPEN LATE and OPEN MONDAYS, so we can get coffee and desserts here after dinner!
