Best coffee ever! This location is great to sit and have a drink, as well as convenient and quick with a drive thru. Baristas are always friendly, and coffee is always good. There is a consistency to Gold Stripe you don’t get everywhere else. Each time you order, it’s going to have that same amazing taste, no matter who makes it. I really love the Cold Gold and cappuccinos! If you have time to stay awhile, grab a waffle!

Stopped in for a cortado while friends tried their waffles. Oh, man! The cortado was perfect, exactly what I expected. My friends both ended up with clean plates and empty cups (chai latte & another drink), we will be back!

They roast their own beans locally and offer a nice selection of light to medium roast coffee. They took their time to tell us about their company and their process. Most of their coffee is single sourced and grown sustainability. I got Santa Isabel coffee and they offered to grind it for me. They buy beans directly from the farms all over the world and then roast them here for a really good fresh cup of coffee. If you are looking for a really great cup of coffee this is a great place to start.

I have visited several coffee shops in Lubbock and this is my favorite. The flavor of the coffee is good enough to drink black, but the flavorings they offer are also very tasty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is bright and comfortable as well.
