All About Cha

Seriously one of the most overrated places I’ve been to. Terrible service by sad employees, and the food, oh the food. The sushi rolls are huge, but mine was definitely off. The rice was dried out, almost inedible - almost as if they had made this the day before? Sushi can never be old, you can tell right away. Furthermore, they charged me $1.00 for a small cup of sriracha. I have never been charged for sriracha before, much less that much!

Finally those desserts. Folks, that cheesecake is straight out of the frozen foods section. All of their desserts seemed to be - you can still see packaging from frozen foods boxes.

The atmosphere was just okay. I don’t get this place, maybe it was an off day.

Every time I've visited here it's always been very clean and welcoming! I tried the vanilla bean cheesecake with my caramel latte and it was absolutely divine!

Great food, BUT not enough outlets for technology!!! There's only 2 so you gotta either charge your devices before you come, or bring boxing gloves.

Please use other door. And we weren't the only ones...

That sign should be placed on the door, since it's casually lock as early as 8:30pm. Also, food stops being served before 9pm, so be careful if you're actually coming here to eat and have tea... They also run out of ingredients needed to make food, and will serve you in a plastic togo instead, when you clearly did not order to go.

Unfortunately, this isnt the first time I arrive after 8pm and get turned down. Just tonight, I watched breakfast all day get turned down, and three seperate groups of 2, 4, and 4 people, unreal.

That being said, the food and drinks are good and I plan on being back. I just hope management does something about their closing shift that always has these issues.

First time ordering from here and had a let down of an experience. Ordered online and got 2 deserts. I was not impressed with the Oreo bash and the price was not worth it to me. When ordering online was told to call when I showed up and it would be brought out to me. Called and the member had no idea what I was talking about. i was told had to come in to get the food and if I had known that I would not have came in pjs. So that was embarrassing to walk in. Just over a experience for me was not impressed.

The sushi rolls are alright. They taste about average and are enormous. If you are used to getting 2 rolls somewhere else, one will probably be enough here. Turkey wrap was average. Miso soup was good. Drinks are really amazing.

Cute cafe with great coffee and food. Would definitely recommend for a good crafted coffee and snack.

First time going to this place, and I will be coming back! I got sushi and the rolls are HUGE so you definitely get your moneys worth! Delicious varieties of food and it has a cute/quiet environment!

Great little cafe and coffee shop! Stopped for a late breakfast. Food was fresh, well made and delicious. Coffee was a perfect medium roast without any of the sour finish found in many coffee shops. Will keep it at the top of the list when traveling through Lubbock!

The sushi is huge and tastes amazing! There is a quiet and clean atmosphere. Their coffee is flavorful and strong, I highly recommend this place for breakfast lunch or dinner.
