Hands down the absolute best customer service ever and the coffee is simply second to none!

Coffee Mill is the ONLY place I go for my coffee.☕ The frappe drinks are DELICIOUS to the last drop!🧋 My daughter loves to get the muffins, scones & cookies.🍪 She says they are all yummy! 😋 Also, the customer service is out of this world!! Everyone is SO kind! They remember my favorite drinks & ALWAYS go out of their way to make sure we are happy! There is a reason this place is busy! But don't worry, the line moves pretty quickly!!!🚗🚙🛻

When I say these are my people, THESE ARE MY PEOPLE!! I blessed them with the task of dealing with me about 3-4 years ago. Ordering the same cup of happiness, the same way almost everyday. However, I hadn't been by for about the last 4months. Pulled up to the window and was having trouble even remembering the size that I use to get and how many extra sugars....Made eye contact with a familiar face and she quickly, without skipping a beat, remembered what size and how I liked my Tiger Butter, even down to the 8 extra sugars that the old me 4 months ago HAD TO HAVE (🤦‍♀️😅...though shall not judge).

All that to say, Terry and his team are the ABSOLUTE epitome of greatness! Same great customer service by everyone, Same great coffee everytime year after year.

The coffee mill is the best place in Longview in my opinion for great coffee, avocado toast or a wonderful warmed up muffin. Yes of course they have much more than that..

New in town so was looking foe a coffee place.
I usually do Starbucks but since they have taken all their sugar free flavors away minus the vanilla I no longer go. I came to Coffee mill and it was wonderful the flavors were . Lacked the coffee taste I look for so mostly had sugary flavors but still good . So came back a second time today and wow I couldn’t get the girl at window to even talk to me. Asked her if they still the hocus pocus, she shook her head no . I then explained was my daughter first time and my second time and I didn’t know sugar free flavors as of yet . She showed me the menu still not wanting to talk to me at this point I seen . I asked if they had a certain flavor she shook yes . My daughter said out loud does she not talk to her customers ? Not one word and she treated us like we were not welcomed . She gave us drinks one with a spout to drink but my daughters hands straw lid she wouldn’t give us a straw either . Never will I return to such cold

Never had any issues from this company even with a long line at times they hold their professionalism and standards high, working as fast as possible to achieve a speedy yet excellent experience. My coffee has always been made exactly to my liking.

I've only had the hot chocolate. I was not the "Hot Chocolate Connoisseur" I thought I was in this case. I am delighted to know they use real whipped cream and real vanilla. Thank you Coffee Mill for aiming to please and providing quality ingredients! I will take you up on that offer. 😉
