Huddle House

I have dined here well over a dozen times in the last 6 months (both breakfast food and lunch) and found the food to be "okay", but the service lacking. I think we all will give a wait staff the benefit of doubt because of what all they have to do, but I am sensing a pattern at this establishment. They let you stand at the door FAR too long prior to greeting you and getting you seated. And, when it's time to check out and pay? Please don't be in a hurry! Once again it takes forever for a waitstaff member (note: no hostess nor cashier here) to come and complete your transaction.
Oh, and when we were there for lunch earlier this week, they were out of hamburger patties!!! And, no side salads - discontinued.
We'll be back I'm sure, just hope that management heeds these reviews and tries to rectify the issues.

Update: Went in this morning for after nightshift for breakfast. Amanda was our server! Great service and attentive without being intrusive! Honestly great job Amanda!!

Super busy with a line waiting to be seated and staff handled it like pros without rushing diners seated already. Tables were bused and readied in a timely manner.
Food was hot and tasted great.

Came for the famous huddle House omelette and was not disappointed. They certainly know how to make it fluffy!

Good place for breakfast or lunch try to get by there once a week. Amanda is usually my waitress on sunday love her

We had a huge breakfast for dinner night. The food was fast, hot and delicious.. Jennifer was funny and great too. Thanks, we will definitely be back soon.

Today was an awesome experience at HH. The staff were quick, friendly, and attentive. I am SUPER PICKY about my bacon. I want it so crispy that if you look at it took hard, it breaks, but not burned. When I tell you Steven did an amazing job, THAT IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. It was perfect. The eggs were exactly how I ordered them too. The sweet server, Amanda, didn’t make me feel bad about my weird order or for asking for extra plates and condiments. It’s like a small town coffee shop that I miss. I can’t speak to the lunch or dinner food, but this is definitely our favorite breakfast spot in Livingston!!! See if Amanda is working when you come in and then ask if Steve is cooking the bacon. He doesn’t ONLY cook it my way. He is the bacon-whisperer and make it however you like, crispy, floppy 🤢, or somewhere in between!!

Didn't eat there, however the food looked great and the staff was extremely friendly!

Stopped by last night for a late dinner with family and received great food and great customer service. Our host Jen was very nice and welcoming, our server Daniel went above and beyond to see to our every need, swiftly. Our cook Katy (Granny) personally came put to be sure our food was up to par (which it was) and the owner Shawn stopped by to make sure everything was good, which it certainly was. We will be stopping by again when we are in the area.
