The employees are very friendly and helpful. There's an enormous variety of home goods and the store is very clean and organized. The holiday selection is updated per the season and the products are reasonably priced. Items go on sale/clearance regularly so keep an eye out for great deals. I never leave empty-handed.

I had a Terrible customer service experience, especially for online orders. Every time I come to this location, it's an issue. I called before my online pick to see if my item was ready, and the lady tells me It is. I head over to at home, waiting in line at the customer service counter. First, they can't find my order; then they searched by name; finally my Item was located and later wheeled out to me. I look at it, and it is not what I ordered. Then I asked the associate to look and the picture online and did the product look the same color to her? she said no? ( my item came it many different colors) She said if you don't take this, we will have to cancel the order, which is fine because that is not what I ordered. She said the SKU numbers match. I continue to shop in the store to purchase other items. I overhear the associate telling the manager ( I think her name is Monica) everything. Then the manager walks up to me. Is everything okay? I said no, I made an online order, and so on... I said I've been In this store for almost an hr I'm ready to go, granted I was shopping before I picked up my online order... Then there was a line... Then they could not find my order etc. The first thing the manager says to me is, “ you weren't in this store for an hr I've been at the door, but what can I help you with?” I was livid...livid. I just looked at her like she says crazy and told her I didn't need her help de-escalate the situation then she says no I can help you I said no I'm good. Long story short, I purchased the other items ( which honestly I would have left the cart right there and walked out). I told the lady at the register who checked me out About the situation. She said yeah, she's been on one all day all the time, and apologized. She told me who the head guy is at the store (I think mike ), and to call on Sunday the next day.

Really awesome store. Lots of cool items for your home. The staff is also super helpful and friendly. If you are looking for home goods and decker be sure to check this place out!

This places is great for finding relatively inexpensive yet nice items to make your house a home. It's a good everyday place for furniture, especially outdoor stuff and it steps things up with solid holiday decorations. But it definitely isn't the old Garden Ridge. I loved that place... And I don't mean the stores that sprung up as it expanded. I mean the original. I miss those old 72 hour sales between Thanksgiving and Christmas

Place is always clean and organized. I find it frustrating that they have displays that say 50% off (valentines decor or whatever) but when you get to the register it's a regular item and not on sale even though it is on the stand and next to the sign. Staff is normally friendly though.

Pretty cool stuff. And I say that because they have a large variety of indoor and outdoor products from chairs, couches to vases. This place is exactly what as advertised. Home if it's in or around they have it I can assure you! Happy digging

Store had a very large selection of nice items. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The cashier was very friendly and helpful too

The staff and place is awesome. Huge store, with alot of cool stuff. The Manager Beth was a huge help, wife and I were in a hurry trying to locate the last of the Black Friday items. Beth guided us to the items quickly as well as got us checked out promptly. Even thou she was busy, she went out of her way to make sure we where taken care off.
