Gotcha Boba

I’m not particularly a Boba fan however, my seven year old wanted to try it and the gentleman that was kind enough to find her one that she liked after she tried the first one and didn’t care for it. Very nice place. Very nice people.

A nice little shop with great flavor. My mom who doesn't like anything really enjoyed her hazelnut coffee. I got the matcha milk tea and it was delicious!

Mangonada smoothie and Thai tea was delicious. Honestly, it’s a hidden gem. They also have some small bites to eat and the shop is super clean!

My husband brought our children and I to try this new Boba place, I kinda picky I normally only get the honeydew melon but they said that they were out, so I picked the purple Frozen drink with tapioca at the bottom and my girls got the same thing I was waiting on mine as everybody else had gotten theirs and my girl is allowed me to take a sip of their drink it tasted great the tapioca was cold Etc but when I realize that everybody else is getting their orders that was behind us I told my husband that he needs to go check what's going on with my drink so he did she never rang up my drink is what she said and then my husband went ahead and paid for mine when I got it that's tapioca was hot and I mean hot I could feel it through the cup I went back in without having even opening the cup explain that my tapioca was hot and it's supposed to be cold in a frozen drink they told me that they keep them warm so they separate now I've been drinking Boba for a long time and never come across this issue. So I asked for a refund because I wasn't going to drink it and she came out from behind the curtain from the kitchen and said no refunds or exchanges I was pretty upset so I said okay that's fine I turned around and as I was walking out a gentleman in his girl friend was walking in and I offered them it as it hadn't been opened and I wasn't going to drink it so why let her go to waste. Not to mention how rude she was on multiple occasions speaking with her

Had autumn rain peach and melon tea with lychee pearls and coco taro with mango pearl. The tea itself was very good and those lychee pearls were so good and delicious. It was a perfect summer drink, refreshing cold and fruity.
I have tried coco taro shake before and this one was very good.
Staff's were nice had a great experience over here.

Love this place! They have amazing drinks and when you order online they always have it ready as soon as you get there!! My favorite spot for lunch. I get the chicken dumplings n brown sugar Milky Way☺️

Amazing drinks great service cute little shop.

First time here all I can say the service is fast and ppl are nice here. 4 stars because I feel they can go easy on the ice. I had one cup full of just ice. Also I feel they need to add more boba. We got crystal boba and it was very light barley had any in there.

Average flavor, but waaaay too much ice. I’m not sure they offer adjusting sweetness level and ice level, but they should start! $6 for a cup of ice doesn’t feel so good.

I visited Cha Boba during their grand opening. I loved that they were receptive to questions and allowed me to sample a tea I wasn't familiar with. They gave me tips on how to best enjoy my beverages, and asked for my feedback on each drink. They had old favorites along with their own special blends which I was excited about. I tried their own creations of Rose Garden Fruity Tea along with their Sea Salt Milk Foam Tea with the green Thai tea both with Tapioca. The rose was pleasantly fruity with just a hint of floral flavor. The Thai tea was my favorite. I loved the soft milky foam mixed in with the green tea.
