I love specs. The have variety of wine n tequila.

Nice store that is well kept and clean.

The staff is very helpful in finding product and recommending new ones as well.

Today, I stopped by specs in Laredo, Texas. A rude employee immediately stopped me at the entrance door and demanded my identification, I informed her that I was going to show my ID as soon as I purchased alcohol, how ever she rudely said that it was State law to show ID before entering the store. I then informed that ignorant employee that State law says “ that you have to be 21 years of age to buy alcohol and must show ID to prove it” at the time of purchased not simply to enter a store that sells alcohol and also sells none alcoholic items. I request that employees be better trained when it comes to alcohol State laws.

Always a great experience, I have been there many times and I have encountered a staff that is not only very friendly bit very knowledgeable and very helpful in finding drink seemingly tailored to each customer. The atmosphere is very welcoming and feels like what you would expect from a Specs anywhere. Overall it is a good place to shop for your alcohol needs.

You can find there all the liquors you dream off as well as Arkay alcohol free whisky, gin, rum, brandy, I cant believe that alcohol free spirits are on sale at Specs , I applaud them. Great move.

My first choice for a liquor store. I walk in and it feels like home. The employees make an effort to make you get what you're looking for and are really knowledgeable about their products. Friendly environment can never go wrong with this place. It's a bartender's paradise as they always have you need at an exception price for the quality it goes for. 10/10 that's my rating for this Specs.

This is one of the Specs that I have been to and I've been to alot that has the worse humidor. I walked in and all I saw was empty cigar cases. Empty cigar cases on top of full boxes. Cigars in wrong boxes. Cigars on the floor. I told a worker about it and he said that the customers do that. Even if that's true it's up to Specs to keep it looking good. I give the humidor half star😳

Larger than most Specs. I used to shop the original Specs in Houston since the late 90's, so other than lacking a deli department the staff is knowledgeable and very willing to help. Representing Specs very well.

Well stocked clean and friendly. Went in for the humidor which was pretty good for a liquor store. But could have been better because of the fact that there were alot more room for inventory. The store was well stocked with alcohol from what I could tell doing a walk around in the store.

Their curbside call-in order & pick-up system needs work. It's better just to go into the store.

This place is among the best in Laredo, TX when it comes to variety but there is always room for improvement. If they don't have it in stock, you can place a special order or ask who may have it in town or in Mexico? Check their schedule for special wine or liquor tasting events, or other classes like wine selection and types.

They also have a deli with a special variety of sausage meats and cheeses. They carry glassware and plastic ware, plus other bar and drink mixing, opening or making accessories.

Laredo's ban on bags was rescinded. You can buy a Specs canvas bag or let them bag your purchase with the free bags. They will provide or you can ask for a free empty box for your heavily-weighted purchases.

Cash or a debit card are the best form of payment. Otherwise, there is a small transaction charge for using a credit card.

The staff and managers are always friendly and eager to help guide you.
