Krispy Kreme

So I ordered through DoorDash, and the milk said it came in a glass bottle. Didn't like the fact that it came in a plastic bottle after that. I would strongly suggest somebody looking into that.

Good customer service. Always have best selection of doughnuts (and dont run out, like other places) I wish they would bring the pumpkin cheesecake back!!

I went to use my free dozen reward and they told me, that since they changed owners they will not accept my reward.

Who doesn't love a good old fashioned donut , and Krispy Kreme donuts is the place to go to get your donut on, with its selection of top quality delights that leave you on cloud nine from start to finish. The service is friendly and provide a real welcoming and family friendly environment, I highly recommend this donut shop to anyone both locally and abroad.

I spent such a great time with my family here, visited during the "hot now" time, asking for a cup of coffee and hot fresh donuts... delicious!! My favorite place to get donuts for dessert. The ladies attending are very nice with people. Excellent service.

I always go here on trips, probably the best place in Nuevo Laredo to get donuts.
I would go whenever their HOT sign is on (when they first open and mid day like 6-7PM), most of the time they give you a free glazed donut when it is!

Quality of food is excellent, just make sure you come when the light is on: "hot donuts now".

Also make sure you ask them for a "hot" one, they'll try to sneak a counter one every once in a while. Breakfast food is good in the mornings, after 11:00 they reheat the morning supplies, so won't be made fresh.

First time going there. Was confused as to how queue worked but staff helped kindly. For a large brand i can see the pricing being as is, so it's a place to go on a cheat day for sure. Their displays are neat and well labeled. Queue doesnt take long and staff acknowledges that you're in line for service.

Called ahead to take advantage of some coupons. The order was ready and I was in & out fast. Awesome...

They take there sweet time and ignore drive thru cars, if you are tight in time please don't stop here you will get frustrated they see you at the window and they ignore you.
it's been 2 times I left them hanging with the order. How long does it take to make a ice vanilla latte? I'll just keep my $5 to go to McDonald's when I get out of work. Don't stop here unless you don't mind waiting 10mins in the window and are running a little late to work 1/11/19 8:57pm. Management please so something about it.

Great donuts - they melt in your mouth. The free samples given when they are cooking is a nice touch. Nice selection at this location. Always fresh. OK coffee. Seating for about 25 inside. Freindly and bilingual staff.
