I love to see new, fresh and innovative businesses opening in my city!

BRCC has always taken an edgy, almost controversial approach to their marketing and business model.

I loved watching their videos on IG promoting freedom and our military.

Just as important, their coffee is very good. The bolder the better for me and they got what you need.

Best kolache I've had outside of West, Tx. First time I had a sweet coffee at a Black Rifle, white mocha pumpkin spice. It was great too.

The young lady that made my order was about as sweet as they come.

Good strong coffee and excellent customer service every time I go to one of these!

I like the business motto of this brand and everything they do for the veteran community. This location was very unclear on a “friends and family day” and we had merchandise in our hands wanting to buy and we were denied. Not a problem if they are doing some kind of soft opening but online it says open, perhaps more clarity is important for customers excited to spend their money here..

Coffee is way too strong for my liking but everyone is nice and helpful.

This was my first time at this location but I will not be returning. Poor customer service and poor communication skills. Also, the drinks were not great at all. I think staff needs to be retrained. One example is we ordered the sweet AF iced tea. It was 100% unsweetened tea and we tried to let staff know however they seemed really confused saying it is sweetened and they cannot add sugar but can add sweetener. Also, they don’t even have straws large enough for the blended drink my straw kept sinking in which is very annoying when you are on the road. I wanted to love this location due to being close to home but I cannot recommend them.

Slowest drive thru service ever! We had 1 car in front of us when we ordered. It took over 20 minutes for the 1 car to get served. Then we didn't even get an apology for the long wait. The drinks aren't even that good, I'll save my money and time and drive across town to Dutch Bros.

Their Coffee is Great ( at home ). I was looking forward to going to this place and I bought 3 bags of Coffee beans and so need a COLD coffee drink cause it was 100°+ outside, but they just told us we don't have cold drinks. HUH? It was on the Menu, This is Texas, we were confused, don't you have ice?

Good coffee, would be nice if they didn't guilt trip you into tipping every time at the window

Fresh new coffee place on the block!

Pros: Millitary discount, cold brew, nitro, coffee almost every way you like it. Sausage grenades and kombat kolaches. Great military atmosphere and cool merchandise.

Cons: We would have liked sweet cream option for our coffee and Kcups to buy in the future.
