Art of Coffee

Met a co-worker to run through some business at this coffee shop that we’ve passed by hundreds of times but overlooked. Super friendly service, from right when you walk in until you leave. Had a cold chai tea bursting with flavor. WiFi was fast, tables & seating areas clean & comfy. I’ve found a great new work spot when I need a change of atmosphere.

The coffee was good, but the ingredients they used for the lattes made them taste a bit weird. The barista was incredibly nice! Sadly staff was not wearing any masks from what I saw.

The perfect spot to have great conversation, enjoy some amazing coffee & pastries & relax. Intimate, welcoming, and relaxed environment. The morning barista, Jimmy, is a true barista and knows how to make a fantastic cup of deliciousness. This is my go-to local place!

My personal favorite: A zucchini muffin & a nice latte.

The place is clean, well stocked, and a very very clean and spacious restroom. The pastries are very good and the service is good. Staff is very courteous. The coffee however is less than par. First visit I did get sick due to out of date product but this was when they first opened so I decided to give it another go. The coffee is very watered down, it tasted like coffee flavored water. I had cream so I do know that sometimes adds to that but i actually scaled back on cream for this visit. I had to add a bunch of sugar to make it go down better. I will still drink it coffee is coffee but maybe make the brew stronger. And if you are using them- do not use premeasured coffee filter packs. Add more coffee to your coffee and this place will be fantastic.

Amazing staff, the coffee is always great. the art work that's on the walls are breathtaking. If you're looking for breakfast in Kemah on a Saturdays and Sundays...they make the best breakfast sandwiches.

Just stopped by this place to have a cup of coffee and it turned out to be amazing. Just the right place when you need good music, coffee and a cinnamon bun. We are glad that we came here. We will surely visit again when we come to Kemah.

I have always loved this little coffee shop. The art on the walls for sale always delights me when I stop in.

Coffee is good here, definitely a step above Starbucks! The perk that I like is the amount of customization that is available with their offerings. Seating is limited but there is a small garden setting around the backside of the building. Small tables and chairs are setup there.

Went to art of coffee around 8am this morning and ordered a vanilla frappe. I took my first sip and it was just too much syrup. I go to art of coffee every once in awhile and I know my coffee. I nicely went to the front to say I wasn’t happy with my drink and asked for it to be remade. The man there then took my drink and took a sip of the leftover drink still in the blender and said it tasted like a vanilla frappe. Then the lady working at the time rudely said, “ I made it right.” It was an unnecessary conversation as if I was going to than be like oh yeah you’re right, let me continue drinking this beverage that does not taste like the drink I ordered. So than after me awkwardly standing at the counter, they made me another Vanilla frappe, and brought it to where I was sitting. The man working put it next to the original drink I had and admitted to it being a different color. Just saying it was not my best experience, and the employees should watch what conversations they have in front of the customers.

When you walk in, you are greeted. The art is beautiful and they make awesome Coffee, smoothies and food. Made my youngest feel at home. Took my other daughter and niece. We will be back.
