Once your used to Moon Milk in your coffee you want it in everything! Plus the girl at the register is the nicest person ever! Always have had a great experience even when they’re busy.

After having a horrible experience at another local coffee shop I came here to Summer Moon. The cashier and barista were very helpful and friendly. The coffee was really tasty and didn't disappoint. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I would hate to however see if this place was busy and you wanted to spend time here. It is a smaller location. I will try it again at some point.

Drove 30+min for this lol boss lady at work got me this one time (wintermoon) and loved it. Came myself and love the employees and atmosphere inside. Def will be coming back when doing school work! But they need to open 1 near grand Prairie/Irving

UPDATE: I have since seen the "For here Mug" sign and I am very happy that is an option. Thanks! I have really grown to love this coffee house. I can completely understand trying to speed up the process by having the thermos out on the counter. Thank you for the response Summer Moon!!!
Most importantly, the coffee is good! I love the large brick wall and abundance of wood. Creates a very warm and cozy feel consistent with the name. I like the seating options and the large community table. I think there is great potential for Summer Moon, but there is room for improvement.
First,
put the house coffee menu item at the top of the list. I spent way too much time hunting the menu to see the price, if there was a bottomless option, etc. to find it buried in the list.
Second,
have a "for here" mug. Craft coffee houses stand out because of the experience. Many like to stick around to work, chat, or just relax with a book. It really adds to the homey feel when you have a warm mug.
Third,
I would put the coffee thermos behind the counter. It feels a bit un-personal to have to go around the corner to pour my own brew. Again, it goes back to the experience. Having the thermos out on the counter makes me feel like I'm getting community coffee from the break room.
I think this is a great spot! Excellent location in Keller.

I wasn't a coffee drinker before I walked into Summer Moon and now, I LOVE it!! Its relaxing, very friendly and the staff looks like a bunch of supermodels. I should keep this a secret, but they have the BEST breakfast tacos on earth!

This establishment was amazing when it first open. Perfect pours, proper pump ratios and coffee that tasted fresh and not burned. But now after a dozen or more visits I can't agree with this statement. After the last few visits, shots are now burned and bitter resulting in drinks lacking their natural sweetness. The hand crafted beverage are inconsistent and the apathetic staff contributs to a non inviting atmosphere .

A smooth coffee with a perfect tint of sweetness. Great staff and atmosphere. I don’t know how they do it, but the prep process is far faster - and much quieter - than the competing chains. All lends to a great experience.

Usually like this place because their coffee is smoky and employees are nice - do not love that they don’t enforce mask wearing or any covid precautions for their customers. Scary! Protect your employees and have some compassion for at risk customers please. Will not be going back until some degree of caution against covid is taken.

Love this place!!! Nice little coffee shop that you could use to chit chat with friends. They have tons of things on their menu. I had been here for a couple of times and everyone is always so nice.

Being able to walk to this coffee shop from where I live is wonderful. The staff if friendly, continuously looking to improve day over day, but there are a couple things I've noted while here.
There are way too many roast options to choose from for a home machine. Some may look at this as a positive, but I just don't see why there is a need for so many. Specialize in a few, lock those in, and let your customers not feel confused when selecting a roast for home.
Also, staff is a little heavy on the syrup pumps for smaller coffees. I will order my coffees with one or half pump syrups from now on. Again, some people may prefer it, but I'd rather have a hint of flavor versus a deluge of syrup. I gave it a couple tries to make sure the heavy hand wasn't one person, but it appeared consistent.
