Been a frequent customer since day one! I have nothing but great experiences every time I have gone. One employee in particular, I’m assuming is the manager, Emma, ALWAYS goes above and beyond to accommodate to which ever need I have. She goes as far as labeling which coffee has the almond milk and which is plain milk. A simple gesture but just shows how much she cares and it is very appreciated. Everyone always is very positive and sweet when I go threw. Look forward to my next visit to get great service and awesome coffee! Thank you scooters and thank you for your terrific team :)

It was really good! I've only been once because I don't live over there, but a tried a frozen peanut butter and caramel flavored coffee - I know, it sounds weird - but it was delicious! Who knew PB in your coffee would be good? Anywho, I'll definitely go back.

I'm from Nebraska so when this company came to Texas I was thrilled to see something from "home". As always, Scooters employees are kind and inviting which you won't always find at a coffee house. The actual product is great as well, the shots are pulled correctly and the milk steamed and attended to (not just left under the steam wand!) so that your drink is silky smooth. Glad to support an outstanding business!

Not only did I get high quality service and great coffee, but Emma (the girl who attended to me) was the highlight. She was adorable and very good at her job. Whoever it is that's in charge of hiring workers definitely knows what they're doing!

The Scooter coffee location in Keller is absolutely hands down the Best of the Best!!! Great Lattes, iced coffees, cookies and lots more and their customer service team is always outstanding !!!
I Love this coffee place !

I approached this coffee shack with the pre-conceived notion that small coffee shacks are better than Starbucks (based on personal experience). This was the first small coffee shack/chain to prove me wrong.
Sugar cookie latte tasted like fruity stomach acid; it left me wondering who taste-tested it and declared it a keeper. Was also surprised a small cost $5.14. If you’re going to charge more than Starbucks at least make a drink that can compete with Starbucks. Starbucks is literally a baseline of how designer coffee should taste; if you make coffee that tastes worse than that then you’re in the wrong business.

super good!! great customer service & super nice

Received a BOGO coupon in the mail so decided to finally check this spot out. Employee was very friendly and helpful with questions I had about their Carmelicious drinks. Ended up getting two of these (one for me, other for wife). With coupon and tip, it was ~ $7. About on par with Starbuck's prices but better in taste.

The Chai is amazing here. The warm chocolate chip cookie hit the spot! I will definitely be back. My son ordered a candy bar latte. I had a taste and it was full of flavor. He got the reese's cup candy one.
