The Cuppo

This is a cute little spot with friendly staff and fun decor. It looks like some of the art is painted using coffee. Inside seating is a bit tight, but there are a few tables outside as well. The iced chai latte was delicious and the haf turkey sandwich was decent but overpriced for the serving size. There's extra parking on the side of the building where you can also find a little shade.

I really liked this place and then it started to go down hill a bit for me. The drinks are mostly made correctly .. really depends on WHO is making them. You order one drink one day. And the next it's totally different. When it's made right the drinks are delicious. Everything I have had hear made correctly is delicious. Including the pastries.
Today I came in after taking a break from this coffee spot to order a caramel latte. I paid in a $5 bill and $1 since my total was 5.14. well i handed her the $5 and she said she couldn't take it because it had a small ... And by small I mean smaller than a pin small tear in it. She said oh do you have anything else to pay with. I told her I only had a bunch of other ones and she waited there as I paid with that versus the $5 bill. I had the ones for my kids school lunches. That's the only reason I keep ones or cash necessary on me. Well I obviously paid since I wanted my coffee but after that I give her a dime and a nickel for the .14 cents and she says I don't have a penny to give back to you! Looks in the tip jar and just stares at me. I say just forget the penny and I waited for my drink. You don't take my $5 bill because of a tiny tear on the side.. and then you don't have enough to pay me my change. Granted it's only a penny still... A penny adds up here and there . And at this point im done! It was just the way she went about it. Yes, its a small tear ... it's money and worth value. If I turned it into a bank they would process it as MONEY. It just ruined my entire experience and I won't be coming here again. Their ethics are unethical !

First time here & I enjoyed my caramel latte along with my food items. Staff was polite & it was clean inside.

Cute place! I can easily see this being my morning "spot"! Caramel iced Americano was great and the mini blueberry cream cheese Danish was sooo good! Not overly sweet but absolutely perfect!

Ordered a ginger limeade with no ice so they just gave me less of the drink. I’m not sure if it’s just this place but anywhere else I go, if I ask for no ice, they still fill to the top. Needless to say, I’m not going back there.

One of our favorite things about visiting family in NW Houston. The flavors are unique and excellent.

Great stop for the morning. I'm from out of town and it's hard to find great coffee shops like this one. Had an oat milk cappuccino and tasted great. Adheres to CDC guidelines and seems like a very clean facility. It is a little tight spaced but it does well. Will be coming back if I am back in town.
