When the butter slides off the pancakes and the manager pushes it back on the pancakes at the table with her gloved hand, not only should you not point it out as unacceptable You should accept it gladly. New management needed. Just astonishing. Walked out. Zero stars unavailable. Completely amazing to touch the food at the table.

For a place that calls itself a bakery, it's a letdown. I was really disappointed when I took home a piece of the crumb cake and it turned out to be super stale. I ended up throwing it away. The facility is comfortable but what's the point of going if their goods are poor quality.

I regularly order catering from this location and I am always so pleased. The food is always phenomenal both in taste and presentation. The delivery is timely - usually within 5 minutes of the earliest time indicated (so if selecting 2:00 - 2:30, they usually arrive by 2:00 - 2:05). The delivery staff is so friendly and assists with setup without missing a beat. I've called in late notice orders with absolutely no issue. They even sent some complimentary treats over as a thank you after a particularly large order. This location is a go to for me for all my events/mtg/etc and I often drop in for personal meals as well.

Used to like this place. Went there on a semi-regular basis (once every couple months or more) when attending seminars in that neighborhood. Not anymore! Their service has gone steadily downhill and recently tanked.

E.g., we were there at lunchtime (~11:30) yesterday, were greeted at the door by someone doing a sloppy job of bussing tables, and told, "expect a 30-minute wait, and we're out of pancakes." After about 10 minutes of standing in a line that didn't move, we were approached once again and told, "we're not taking any more orders today."

Nice place. Food was good. I had issue with my order they helped me immediately and in very calm manner. Appreciate it

Delicious food. Had a great experience. I was trying to get some work done on my lunch break and an employee helped me out so much with my coffee refills. Thanks Daniel for helping me get so much done. It was a sit down restaurant experience without the price.

Return again on 03/21/2022, staff is still very friendly and quick. Shout out to this location for working quickly at lunch time.

The crew was very nice - it seemed like they were having supply chain issues (not their fault obviously) - we had a breakfast sandwich and coffee and it was perfect for what we were looking for - seemed to be a good alternative to Panera!

I love corner bakery so I’m very surprised at how dissatisfied I am with this order. I work about 5 minutes away from this location and decided to order for delivery through an app. It got here with no drink and my food was ice cold. Now I’ve order from other corner bakery closer to my home. Those corner bakery are bout 15 mins from my house and yet them come hot and fresh. This order was so horrid I couldn’t finish it because I don’t like cold food. Chicken in the pesto cavatapi was cold. Bread was soggy and they forgot to give delivery driver my drink. Pasta looked like it had been sitting for awhile because when past sits out it starts to change into a dark color. Sadly not satisfied and not going to order from this location anymore. It was just unfortunate I was craving their pasta during work
