Incredible service and recommendations! Drinks are refreshing and delicious. They were extremely fast, and with all the lovey menu items it took longer for me to decide than it did for them to make our drinks. I can say in confidence that The Whale Tea is worth the trip! I’ll be coming every time I’m in the area. <3

I got the crème brûlée brown sugar milk tea with oat milk! It’s absolutely amazing! I love that they have many options for people who can’t have regular milk. Highly recommend this shop!

Beautiful new Tea bar, friendly staff, great drinks! I had the Peach Oolong Tea with Tapioca, my daughter had the Rose Milk Tea with Tapioca, and my mom Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca. Excellent flavors and sizes.

Pretty much the same price for every other milk tea shop but you're getting exactly what's on the photo. It all seems good quality and not just they're boba and milk tea is good but my boyfriend got a strawberry slushy and that was super good and it had little ears on top of it.

Great addition to Huntsville. Wish they had more edible options, like fruit cups or cookies. Also wish they had more seating but they may expand eventually. But overall I enjoy coming here and getting the strawberry fruit tea with strawberry boba.

We have been coming here for our Boba tea fix since the first week that they opened. The atmosphere is trendy and lofi, the staff is pleasant and welcoming, and the drinks are delicious. We will continue to be regular customers and will recommend the Whale Tea to everyone.

Customer service isn't great, no one will acknowledge you when you walk in but the teas are amazing! We went over the weekend got 4 drinks for a little less than $20 literally spent half the price we would have spent if we had went to starbucks. Will definitely continue to go back!

These teas can easily get super sweet so beware how much syrups you ask for but the Thai tea with brown sugar Boba is like candy in a cup but I loved it yum yum 😋

Good for dine-in but not takeout. Ordered 2 slushies. They gave them to me in a bag and I placed them on the floor. On the first stop sign they both tipped over and spilled on my cars carpet. I went back to get the same order and paid another $16. This time I decided to put them in my cupholders but the cups are really tall and skinny, and the lids fit very loosely. So even holding the cups gently caused the lid to slide off and spill some of the slush. I also had to stuff small objects in my cupholders so the cups wouldn't move around. And I drove with one hand so the cups wouldn't tip and spill again. Spending $30+ and having to clean my carpet was not a pleasant experience. Please change the cups you use for something more secure.

Came by location before and drinks were done well. This time however, the girl at the register was rude and impatient. My boba milk teas was grainy and warm and had an odd flavor. The fruit teas were good.
