Definitely my favorite place to eat when wanting something light and/or healthy. I've liked everything I have tried on the menu so far.

Amazingly delicious! Took the advice of one of the workers and got ATS (avocado, tomato, Swiss) with chicken salad warmed on their wheat sourdough bread. So good!! Even bought some sourdough buns to take home. And their Eruption bread pudding was fantastic, too! Yum!! 😋

I called in yesterday at 3:30ish, did not know you closed at 4. But your server was very patient with me on the phone and she was super nice when we got there 10 minutes before closing.
First, your broccoli soup is so comforting and delicious. Not weird like pre-made stuff at most restaurants.
The turkey sprouts wrap was awesome ate the whole thing.
The quiche I bought yesterday I warmed up in the microwave today and is still moist, fluffy and cheesy.
I will definitely be coming here again it's so freaking good! It may be a bit expensive but it's completely worth it. Because most of the breakfast restaurants in Huntsville are pretty bad.
Ps I would have taken pictures of the food but I ate it too fast! Just have to say (again) how absolutely delicious it is.

Been here twice now, and had the sprouted black bean burger with the red pepper hummus each time. Sooo good! Really appreciate all of the vegan options they offer, especially because it's hard to find good vegan spots in Texas. Definitely will have to try more of their options in the future💚🌱

I love this place! Everyone is very friendly. Great Food. Nice place to sit and enjoy food with a friend. Love all the salads and wraps. My fav is the vegan sprouted wrap.

Consistently excellent! The sandwiches and salads here are always fresh and delicious. The desserts I've tried have all been good as well. The Fire and Ice Pickles are addictive and I get them every time I come. Definitely recommend!

Sandwiches are big enough for two people. The club was delicious.

Excellent food. This place is very clean too. Always dusted, kitchen organized from what you can see. Delicious food, great service and the coffee is amazing. Try the bread pudding!
