On this past Sunday my 2 friends, my 7 month old & I were sitting on the thc side & we were wrongfully cut off after a manager named Henry became visibly upset with my friend after bringing her a drink she did not order! He argued her down saying that she did order it but she already had her drink that she ordered(she didn’t order 2 drinks at the same time) come to find out it was my other friends drink but he called it by the wrong name so no one claimed the drink. The other manager then came to close our tabs out and we were genuinely confused. Not to mention the waiter brought out a drink that was ordered & a young lady came right behind with the SAME drink! So it seems like there is poor communication as to what drinks were already made causing someone to make it AGAIN! The manager Michael told us that Henry cut us off after that because we were intoxicated. First and foremost, we were probably the only people there with a infant child, and to insinuate that we would be intoxicated with a baby in our care is deplorable! Secondly, none of your drinks are even potent enough to make someone act in a intoxicated manner! We weren’t loud & unruly, acting as if we didn’t know how to conduct ourselves. we were just trying to have a good day! & lastly ALL of your employees seem high & clearly don’t know how to run a restaurant properly without tripping over themselves, slurring their words & not remembering what they are doing at the tables. I understand It’s a dispensary, however if they cannot handle a busy day maybe there should be a policy in place where they can’t be inebriated while on the clock.
This place is absolutely bonkers! The pain perdu and grouper sandwich are definitely my favorite items off of the brunch menu, and I loved the tender octopus in the Japanese BBQ dinner plate. Get ready for a surprise because the food and drinks have taken a huge step up from the first Wild location!
Great atmosphere with indoor and patio seating. Large selection of coffee and alcoholic drinks. The few food items I’ve tried were excellent. Definitely a place to support in Montrose!
Love the idea, the concept, and the overall vibe of the place. But honestly the food was too overpriced. We ordered the Japanese BBQ plate (able to feed 3-4 ppl) and then a small little plate came out. Our appetizer came in a small portion too. Also the waits are too long. People were very nice and friendly but we had to wait almost 45 minutes before checking out. And when we checked out, we went inside because we were tired of waiting for someone to come to us.
I tried the jamón ibérico with potatoes. Infused with THC. The drinks were a little bit sweet and the food a little bit greasy but overall good experience. My friend got really high.
Gareth was so friendly, warm and helpful. We didn’t get to film our reaction to the release of the chicken wing smoke when he removed the lid from the serving dish, so he brought us an extra serving of smoke just so we could re-react. Truly above and beyond.
