A nice and cozy place to have a coffee or study whichever suits your fancy. They have great deserts and other items and the staff are very friendly and they have lots of outlets and chargers so that's a plus! But overall it's a great place and I'll be back again. Yes, there is WIFI for guests.

I'm probably addicted to the bread here. It's really, really good. The coffee is also very solid! It's a great spot to work or study quietly! But seriously, try the bread! I would split it with a friend or two because it's very sweet and heavy.

This cafe is so cute! I've been wanting to try their toast for awhile now. I finally stopped by and ordered their Garlic Butter Toast. The toast has a slice of cheese between two slices of bread and honey drizzled on top. I also ordered their Lavender Latte and subbed oat milk; their drinks usually come with whole milk. The drinks are a bit more on the sweeter side of most coffee shops, but they can adjust the sweetness for some drinks.

I was probably the loudest one there. The place is super clean 🧼. It’s really really quiet in there. It’s a place to get homework done. Each table near the wall has a outlet to charge all your devices. The food and coffee are great as well. Cashiers are nice as well. The parking situation is a little rough on the weekends
There’s a free parking garage on the left side of the building

If I could come here every day, I absolutely would! Both the food and the drinks are absolutely amazing, and the staff are all so friendly. I ended up with the Caramel and Cinnamon Bread and let me tell you- the crust on the outside and the fluffiness on the inside is to die for. It's a lot of food for a great price, and I would absolutely have no regrets if I ate as much as I could until I was sick LOL. Highly recommend!

Let's Eat Houston

Tom N Toms is a cafe in Chinatown serving a variety of coffee- and tea-based beverages along with many savory options such as pretzels and toasts. They are one of the few places open early (8am) that we could find in the area. Pairing that with the ample space, outlets, and wi-fi makes this a great place to study. At our visit, we got the iced black tea latte and bulgogi pretzel.

The black tea latte is refreshing, sweet, and creamy. The creamy and sweet milk is the first flavor to coat your tongue, followed by a mildly bold black tea flavor that rounds out the beverage with a nice medium body and hint of acidity and minerality. Tea lovers will want to request for less sugar while those who prefer a creamier/sweeter milk tea will find this perfect. Delicious!

The bulgogi pretzel is served steaming hot, straight from the oven. I could see the employee assembling the pretzel with the cheese, bulgogi, and other components in the raw dough, which was a great sign of freshness. Aesthetically, the pretzel looks very unique and there's a nice baked char on the exterior. The bread from the pretzel has a nice bouncy and slightly crunchy exterior as well as a thin + soft interior which holds the filling well. It was slightly sweet and buttery. Inside, there's a LOT of melty-stringy mozzarella cheese! The bulgogi is like bits of ground beef, and they are small but full of mildly spicy, mostly sweet, and meaty flavor -- nothing incredibly delicious or complex, but yummy. For the dipping sauce, we chose ranch. It's surprisingly quite good! Served chilled, it has a very nice tang and creamy flavor which taste close to actual buttermilk and dill. The combination of cheese, bulgogi, and pretzel is a great one, and they actually pair with the black tea latte very well.

Tom N Tom's is Let's Eat Houston approved! Give it a try.

Very cool hangout, mostly young Asians working on laptops. Free fast Wi-Fi. The Rose tea I had was delicious 😋. In a crowded strip mall so parking can be a bit challenging. Huge variety of drinks, not so much for sweets.

One of my fav cafe not just for coffee but other pastries and snacks too. Its rare to find tom n toms in u.s. very close to the one in korea!

Nice cozy coffee shop but definitely feels like a franchise though. Everything is very consistent and delicious! Always packed with students studying away. Their caramel cinnamon toast is to die for. Drinks are always too. Just the parking in the area can get pretty crazy on the busy days.

Their bakery is amazing! Everything I have tried is amazingly delicious! Service is just phenomenal; the baristas are so helpful and great at explaining the menu if you are new to Tom N Toms. Nice relaxing atmosphere in the store too. Among their drinks I really liked the hot citron tea. I was really looking forward to the taro and sweet potato lattes, but both of them were severely lacking in flavor, and what little flavor there was, was concentrated in the bottom of the cup. That being said, I would definitely come back!

A word of advice about the honey garlic bread; don't be weirded out by it--it's sweet and savory and absolutely delicious!
