Tom N Toms Coffee Galleria

Good coffee, great food. Only three stars, though. The staff at the West Alabama location need some serious training on customer service.

After seeing a friend’s post and recommendation yesterday I decided to try Tom N Tom. This morning I ordered online a Cookie Butter Tomnccino, it was absolutely DE-LIC-IOUS!! As an individual who rarely drinks coffee or any type of caffeine, believe me when I say this place will exceed your expectations. They offer a variety of flavors for their coffeee|non-coffee and the ambiance provides a “hang-out and chat with a friend” vibe. I’m certainly looking forward to stopping by again. Before I forget Harold (who was working the register) was super nice. He made it such a pleasurable visit for me!

Very friendly staff and drinks are spot on in terms of flavor and sweetness. So glad I found this place!

Really good coffee, usually I’m a little hesitant in other coffee places. But it was really enjoyable and the people there are super nice!!

Awesome Horchata Latte! I had mine with oatmilk and it was really well made.

Lizzy is so nice! She is friendly, fast and brought out my coffee Bc I was on my phone outside. She is a wonderful worker!

Never choose the breakfast Egg and Bacon sandwich. The girl grills and overcook the egg with oil excess on a dirty pan and tinny charcoal crumbs. The bread of the sandwich is good. The CaramelTomnchino ist great.

Loved this place. Enjoyed my time here. Would love to do another meet and greet here.

Staff was super friendly and I loved my iced horchata latte. I can’t wait to come back again.
