We're 4 aldult& 1year old baby
When we got the bill they charged 30% tip
We asked why 30% tip the waitress kept saying " I don't care your table is 6 people " only 4 aldult &1 baby ( we brought her baby food with us she couldn't eat solid food)we spoke to manager who unpleasant to refund my $30 tip. READ YOUR BILL DON'T LET THEM CHEAT YOU
I always tip & tip is NOT mandatory if table less than 8 people
The principal is they're lie to automatic charges tip on the bill

The food was ok. Service was awful. Not once did the server ask us if everything was ok. On top of that, the server adds her own 20% tips. I understand if it is a party of six or more, but this is a party of 3. That is just wrong! We are not coming back for sure!

Always great food at great prices. But they are really busy sometimes so be aware! But they are also open until 2AM which is great on the weekends!!

We ordered steamed fish, and salad,sweet pork rib, mapa tofu, was all delicious. Out standing service.
We will come again.

My parents are very picky about eating non-vietnamese food. We've been coming to Sinh Sinh every now and than we have to take my parents out. Great variety of Chinese-Vietnamese dishes. Big portions and reasonable price. We spend about $80 for 3 people, typically it's not that much but we ordered a whole Peking Duck and extra Banh Baos.

The best Chinese BBQ place in Houston. If you visit this place, truly recommend all of you to order BBQ meat. The seafood selections are not as good as their BBQ in my opinion. The ginger and onion stir fry lobster had too much starch on it, although the flavor is good. But the starch makes it thick and soggy. When you go to this restaurant, do order roasted duck and Chinese BBQ pork!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Decoration is nice, restroom is clean, and service is fast.

Had an impromptu large gathering with friends last second late at night. We might have been kind of a nuisance but regardless the food was amazing and the servers did their best despite how busy they were.

Wow...you have a great menu selection...the food was light authentic to the culture representing with authentic flavors and spices. Looking around for different platter selections among the crowd you will want to come and indulge in thei wonderful cuisine.

We were a group of customer from Dallas, so we bought a lots if chicken to go for friend and family. The lady who servered us was the one with short hair, kinda blonde, in her 40s, and her attitude was HORRIBLE! Because we bought a lots, we borrowed a pen to mark on the bags for easy deliver later, but that lady just refused to lend us a pen everytime, as if the pen was made from gold! Sometimes later on, I even heard her raised her voice when talking to my mom and her friends. I mean, we were there to buy, not to beg for free food! And she acted like we were beggar! Later, another guy came out to help us, and he was a lot easier to work with. To be honest, their chicken is very good, but probably we won't come back. 2 stars for the other server guy and the chicken.

When you get in to table, they just throw the menu to you and go to another table to get orders and they coming back to rush on you . They use to have very good food and good service . Now today I coming back everything still the same No good guy don’t waist your money
