Pura Coffee

A pretty average coffee shop. I still stop by occasionally because the family that runs this place are very kind people... needs something to differentiate it or bring a competitive edge against Starbucks or craft coffee in the loop. Cortado wasn't bad.

I really like the coffee but there aren't any comfy chairs. The biggest thing I would change is all of the outlets are closed so I cannot stay very long because my laptop dies! Lost some business because I cannot stay and have more coffee or a pastry.

Pura is a very nice cafe with good coffee, tea, and very good baked goodies. There’s nothing else like it in the area. Prices are standard for a cafe of its kind —worth every penny. Pleasant, quiet atmosphere.

I'm in love with the coffee from this place... its rich, velvety, smooth, strong, aromatic without compromising the authentic coffee taste we all look for... plus they have an outstanding staff with great manners and amazing customer service and the place is clean and with a great vibe!!!

Amazing! The main barista/owner is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. The drinks are amazing. My favorite is the hot white raspberry mocha. The hazelnut latte is great also.

This is a nice, quiet coffee shop near I-10 and 610. They have a wide selection of actual different coffees to try, not just different flavors. I had Turkish coffee. It was really strong.

Good quality coffee and personal service. Been going there since covid hit and its worth it.

This place is tremendous. Was on that side of town and needed to do some studying. The cold brew coffee was perfect. Fantastic flavor and basically rocket fuel, which is exactly what I needed. Anytime I am close by, I will be back!

This was a cute little place, nice to stop in at after an IKEA visit. Limited snack selection, but the drinks were unusual and fantastic, and the price point right. I had a Rose Latte and absolutely loved it.

Won’t go back here. They charged a .75 cent fee to add half and half to my coffee. Tell me this up front. I ordered the coffee and was charged for it, only to have who I would assume is a manager, come up and chew out the cashier in front of me for not charging it, then making me pay the additional fee. It was very awkward. Poor image and service.
