Coffe was ok. Not great in my opinion but good. The place itself is pretty cool. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoors is pretty nice. Parking is at the rear and there's signs that guide you. Staff was friendly as well. Good pastries.

Great owners, Mama brought the food out. Chicken salad was delicious! Cute, higher class and rememberable.remember able. Even the dog is remembered with a water station. So cute...

Vibe- Super dope new coffee shop in 4th ward/Freedman’s Town! If I lived next door, I’d be here every single day lol The concept is all things Houston so there’s plenty of pictures on the walls that show the culture of the town. There’s about 8 tables inside so plenty of seating room and there’s a beautiful outside patio with plenty of seating as well (pet friendly).
Customer service- Great! I met the owner and he was super cool, answered all of my questions.
Food/drinks- I got an iced chai tea latte, it was delish!
Parking- There’s a lot behind the building that I saw some cars parked in (I would double check to make sure it’s ok to park there). There’s also about 4 spots across from that same lot that you can park in.

WOW! Where do I start?? I didn't even expect to come here today, I was next door for some glass replacement. Came to hangout for a bit and decided to contribute to the squatting lol. The breakfast bacon egg and cheese croissant...MAGNIFICENT! Also got a 24 hour cold brew vanilla iced coffee and a chicken salad sandwich. Everything is so DELICIOUS!!! Just what I needed to work through the stresses of my day....and let me tell you, today has been a doosey for me lol! Relaxing, quiet environment with easy going music, friendly staff. 👌🏻 All around 10 stars if I could. Thank you!

Came in here to work for a couple of hours and it was incredibly pleasant! Delicious, unique food and really tasty coffee and tea. Lovely place to get some work done or just enjoy a chill spot. Great music and fun decor, too.

Amazing atmosphere and delicious coffee. Stopped very randomly because it caught my eye, and I’m so happy I did. Even arriving 20 mns before closing, I was invited in and greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Will absolutely be visiting at length another time! Also grabbed the “Mom’s Soup”! So good! Definitely try it if they’re making it that day!

AMAZING SERVICE. Tori and Maie were so hospitable and the food was excellent. Great selection of breakfast foods and the coffee was delicious. Places like this should be openly supported by the community. My team and I will frequenting this location probably every day.

Great coffee and friendly staff in a beautiful space! Want to go back soon. My one piece of feedback is that the soft bread on the bánh mì does not complement the sandwich :( my husband is Vietnamese, and in a city with such a large Viet diaspora, it is less than ideal for the sandwich to not be made with French-style, baguette bread - crispy on the outside, and fluffy/stretchy on the inside. This is just part of what makes that sandwich so magical, and I feel like this simple switch would really elevate Native’s version of this iconic sandwich. Eager to see what else the cafe works up!
