This place is so amazing like it's unbelievable. The customer service is so great and I least expected for the employees to be SO sweet, they ask about your day and about you. I have never seen no other place do that and if they did it was so rare, I hope that Dutch Bros keep up the great and amazing work that they do. I also wanted to appreciate how today when I went it was raining and plus it was cold, but they still stayed outside for us, especially with a busy line. Props to them! 🤩💗

Never had a bad drink or experience here. Don't let the long line scare you they are fast and efficient. Always busy but the people who work there keep it running like a well oiled machine. Treat yourself!

I’m very frustrated. I used to live up north and my wife loved Dutch bros and was so excited to have it in Texas now. She just went about an hour ago and specifically asked for coconut milk because not only is she allergic to dairy, but our breastfeeding daughter is severely allergic. My wife had a few drinks before she realized that it was regular milk, which may seem like no big deal but my daughter is going to be sick from it for the next 3 days. This is completely unprofessional and dangerous. Employees need to listen closely to orders and make sure they are made correctly. As excited as she was, my wife will not be returning because it’s unsafe.

The coffee is tasty (don't look at the calories) and the service is awesome and friendly- but holy cow, there were only 4 vehicles in front of me and I waited 30 mins for 1 drink.
The ordering or drink crafting process needs a huge redo.

I recently visited Dutch Bros on Thursday, March 31st and had a very disappointing experience. I waited in line for over an hour and 15 minutes. After waiting in line for about 40 minutes I decided to ask one of the employees what the hold up was and she said the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. It’s very inconsiderate that the employees didn’t mention to their guests that their coffee machine wasn’t working properly upon taking their order. They could have easily asked guests if they wanted a refund for their coffee or another non-coffee beverage, instead of having guests wait in line for over an hour. The employees continued to take orders outside KNOWING that their coffee machine was broken. Also, once I reached the window after an hour and 15 minutes, the employee didn’t even APOLOGIZE for the long and ridiculous wait. Very disappointing experience.

I LOVE the blended rebels!!!! The electric Berry is so good, u forget it's an energy drink and think you're just drinking on a slushy. And the staff always have a smile, even when there is a rude customer or they're just plain tired.

Tips are earned. Had someone offered to bring it to my car and throw away the cup when I was done, then yes... You definitely deserve a tip after that!
