Ca phe Phin - Vietnamese coffee & tea, bubble tea house, bakery.

Had a delicious iced Vietnamese coffee with sweetened condensed milk (#2 on the menu). First time here, but the shop is super cute and friendly so definitely want to return.

I absolutely love this place. It is always so calm and peaceful, the service is excellent and the food and coffee is always great. There's something about this place that is just soothing for my soul. Will be coming back again!!

I’d recommend you try Vietnamese coffee.
Just ask them to give you iced Vietnamese coffee. It looks like a Latte, but sweeter and darker !

This is a nice small cafe with great ambiance and a cozy feeling. They have specialty coffees, teas, and bubble teas as well as sandwiches. The banh mi sandwich was only ok. But the bubble tea I got (leeche milk tea) was fantastic. I would definitely recommend that.

Every time I come here it feels as though my coffee was made with so much love & care. This place always warms the soul and feels like home away from home! Love it here

Since moving here to Texas, I thought I would never get to have bubble tea again until I found this place. The bubble tea is amazing, prices are good, and the Cafe alone is comforting and warm. When coming to the location you'll have to go behind Akimi FYI.

Delicious thai tea latte, nicely balenced level of sweetness. Also great vietnamese iced coffee, strong and flavorful.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and great for a rainy day break. Just adore this cozy corner! The coffee pictured is the Ca Phe Sua (traditional)
