Didn’t even get an opportunity to try the food. We walked in and practically every empty table was dirty. We sat at one of the few clean tables and waited for about 10 mins, and still no one came to give us menus. A couple walked in after us and sat for maybe 2 mins and was provided menus. At this point, we had been waiting for over 15 mins and that was enough. We walked out and will not be back. Terrible service, unclean establishment, I do not recommend.

The best Vietnamese experience! The staff were very kind.

Slow service and food was bland. Though the Strawberry lemonade was great.

Things have changed considerably unfortunately and not for the better. I was very disappointed with my experience. Not only are the portions much smaller but they put a lot less meat in the pho for a much higher price. Because we want to minimize the carbohydrates, we asked for less vermicelli and more of everything else. Both our bowls were about 60% filled with mostly broth and not much else. We also asked for Coke Zero and received root beer instead. We were asked if everything was okay and I told them we could have used a little bit more broth at least but nothing was done other than a weightless apology. I used to recommend this place to everyone but now I will be a little reluctant. The food is really good still but I am not sure if it is worth the trip anymore.

Very nice spot to chill and eat some good food. The bartender, Juan, was super cool and welcomed me to Houston with Southern hospitality and great drinks! If you stay at the Courtyard Northeast in Humble, this is where you should go for meals and fun!

I usually avoid this place since it is more expensive than most pho places. Unfortunately, it is one of the only ones in my area, so if I get a craving, this is my best option. I got the small beef pho, spring rolls, and a Thai tea tapioca. The soup was definitely one of the worst I've had. The broth lacked flavor and the meat was really chewy. The spring rolls weren't bad but the sauce wasn't really peanut sauce. The Thai tea wasn't great and the tapioca was really hard. For the price, I expected better quality food. Spent $24 for just those three things.

Review based on the bubble tea. I ordered 2 bubble teas with tapioca. The flavor was good, but the tapioca was very stiff and rubbery.

Went in and waited 15-20mins and didn't even receive our drinks, 3 waitresses and it wasn't busy, so we decided to just get up and leave.

There nothing, the staff only cater to the White's and Mexican! I had to set myself plus I had to ask for help! Two white guys walked in there 15 minutes after myself I had already placed my order because I knew exactly what I wanted they received their food and their hot egg rolls and more attention than you could imagine and when I asked about my soup the manager laughed with a smirk on her no good face... and says oh it's not ready yet but their food was ready before mine they're no good they're prejudice it's bad when Mexicans think they're white. It was horrible customer service! There nothing but no good rats!
