Overflow Coffee Co

This place is great. I travel for work from south Texas to Dallas and this has become one of my favorite stops off of I35. Sure, it’s a few miles off the highway but it’s always worth it. The coffee is really good and the baristas do a great job of making all of the brews I’ve had (I can vouch for the pour over, the cortado, and the cappuccino). They’ve also got a food menu that I’ve never tried, usually just because I’m only in for coffee. It looks good, though, and their attention to detail on the coffee tells me it’s probably great cafe food. The employees are friendly, and it’s definitely a place where I’ll enjoy coffee and stretch a bit before hitting the road.

If you’re traveling anywhere near Hillsboro, stop by. It’s a great place and worth the 5 min detour off the interstate.

Their new location provides a totally different experience. Extensive work has gone into providing a cohesive, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that combines the feeling of a modern restaurant with rustic accents such as wood paneling and wrought-iron finishing. The baristas are friendly and helpful, and the coffee is strong without a bitter after flavor. Of particular note here is the inclusion of various works by local artists and craftspersons, as well as an assortment of books available to read by the patrons.

If you live in Hillsboro, or on your way through, I'd recommend a stop here at Overflow.

This was a stop for a meal on our way from Dallas to Austin. Very friendly staff and fresh made to order sandwiches which included a side and drink of choice for $9. The sandwich was good, the ambiance was relaxed, and made for a great stop.

We've been doing our part to stay out of coffee houses lately but withdrawn into this one simply because of the restoration of the building. The coffee was excellent.

This place is adorable. Great experience. The upstairs is a small art gallery and the downstairs has amazing food and coffee. This was my second time in and I had the Latte and their croissant sandwich! Yum! I will be back! Thanks for the smiles and great customer service. If you want a cool place to stop in, grab a bite and have a coffee, this is the place to go. Will be back!

The keto coffee is perfectly made, it was made exactly how I requested. The breakfast croissant I ordered with spinach and tomato, definitely flaky and perfectly browned crust as well, it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the spinach bistro and it was absolutely delicious as well, I loved how it was buttery and had a perfectly brown crust.
