I wanted to go here to find a towel rack. I figured it would only take a few minutes to get in and out. But there's just so much to look at. They have some really unique items. They have all sorts of knick knacks and I even saw mattresses. It is still very similar to Garden Ridge, but sort of upgraded. đź’™

At Home is good at what it does best. Provide a variety of home products of every category. I'd say the small furnite they have is too expensive though. Bookshelves and small side tables seem to be over priced.

I will not be returning to this store or go to any At Home Store. The customer service is awful I walk around for 30 minutes and never saw one employee on the floor and when I did I had to chase her down. She didn't won't to answer my question. I was told to look online because she didn't know. Not helpful at all. A warehouse full of overpriced merchandise. Try Home Goods, Marshalls, Tuesday Morning or fight your way through Ross better prices and better quality merchandise. .

Great store, wonderful friendly staff. Found everything I needed here at this location. I live in Wichita, Ks. Drove here to get the rest of my needs for my home. It's so nice to be back at the state where it all began...Garden Ridge is At Home. Thanks to all of you ladt night who made our shopping experience!!

When it was Garden Ridge you knew the products would only last a season. You bought things at a great, cheap price. Now "At Home" has the same cheesy things for 3 times the cost or more. Not worth the time to walk inside.

Curbside is a joke!!!!! You text your info to a number when you get there and they will “be right out” waited 30 mins.... no one comes out... I attempt to call the store rings rings rings rings only to go to a voicemail that hasn’t been set up.... Have to attempt again when I don’t have kids in the car and can go inside alone. Defeats the purpose of curbside 🤷🏼‍♀️

I use to love this store. Furniture quality is 1 star, home decor items are fun to look at; some nice and/or unique- but Hobby Lobby has better quality home decor, garden decor and most definitely Christmas decor and they have 50% off every week-end and or a 40% coupon online. At Home aka Garden Ridge, never runs real sales. They mark down items that are either damaged or no one would be interested in. The crazy thing about this store is that it draws you back when you're looking for a specific item and can't find it elsewhere. Lots to look at, just do price comparison and stay away from spending $$ on their furniture. You will love the look and sit on it and watch it collapse. Yes, that was my experience with my petite niece while holding her infant.

It was very clean and the product was positioned on the shelf correctly. The cashier was slow as molasses! She couldn't scan the product so she didn't want to put the number in by hand . NO Customer service at the register she was terrible.

On Sunday, August 16th my husband and kids went into At Home Furnishings located on I-20 Service Road to purchase a patio umbrella. My husband asked the young lady who was there if they had anymore 11 footer's in a box and she said the only one they had left for the color he was requesting was the one on display. My husband then asked well since it's on display is it possible for us to get it at a discount? She said no we can not give a discount for products that are on display. He said okay, no problem we would like to still purchase it. As she was going to get what she needed to get the umbrella down, my husband noticed the umbrella was damaged, bent and scratched up. My husband was still willing to purchase the umbrella as it was, but brought to the young lady's attention it was damaged and showed her the damages on the umbrella. The At Home Customer Service Representative then told my husband either you want it or not, I don't have to even sell it to you. My husband then told her, never mind with an attitude like that you can keep the umbrella. This type of service is unprofessional and unacceptable. This matter was brought to the manager and district manager's attention the very next day of this incident. They were very apologetic for the actions of this individual and vowed to address this issue with this young lady which we appreciate. The mere fact that we are returning to this store to replace an umbrella that broke less than 4 months of it being purchased, only to be greeted with a customer service rep with this type of disposition and lack of professionalism is truly disappointing. I doubt seriously with this type of service we will be returning, but if we should I sincerely hope the managers (Dewey and Denise) whom I spoke with this morning will be able to help this young lady, along with the other staff members understand the concept of professionalism and customer service. As a customer service representative these are two important elements that should always be displayed and given when dealing with customers.
