Excellent place to eat breakfast first time to eat here will definitely be back and great service

Went for breakfast this morning and it was delicious!! Loaded omelet topped with slices of avacado and a side of salsa, crispy home fries and fresh hot coffee. The staff was on top of all their tables and they were very sweet and friendly! Definitely a great little spot!

The Firehouse cafe is the most consistent restaurant for breakfast in Granbury. Staff is great, food is great and overall service is just what I expect. We have been there many times and will keep coming back.

The plates are generous and the food is great. Thick bacon cooked perfectly, homemade biscuits and excellent service. I saw six highway patrol officers dining at one table if that tells you anything. They usually know where to go for good food. This was a great find on our road trip.

We found this place on maps looking for breakfast places near us. I'm glad it was the nearest place to us! It was packed when we arrived after 9:30 am on a Thursday. Seeing a place packed is always a great sign! The food was so good as were the servers. There were 2 or 3 of them working the room and would help any table. I had the chorizo, eggs, beans and potatoes plate without eggs. It also came with corn tortillas. My husband had one that came with eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and a pancake. He said his over medium eggs were cooked perfect. It was nice to see the servers interact with the locals who frequent the place. One elderly gentleman who they know had a cut on his finger and they put a bandage on it and asked him a few times if he was alright. It's not just the food that makes a restaurant succeed. It's the heart that the owners and employees show the customers!

Don't blink you will miss some of the best home cooking Granbury has to offer. The staff is exceptionally polite and willing to go the extra mile to enjoy your visit. Burgers are awesome and the biscuits and gravy are huge. In the many times I have been to Granbury, this is a guaranteed stop... Breakfast and lunch are packed with the locals who know good food. I highly recommend this on your next visit to Granbury

Never a bad experience here..I always get the open faced scrambler BUT I get a half order cuz IT'S MASSIVE

Yum! We are out on East coast right now and miss home. Quality of food is great. Service exceptional and always worth the wait. Only suggestion we would offer is to almost every restaurant out there and that is whatever happened to fluffy scrambled eggs vs. omelette type chopped up? We hope to be back eating there again soon! Thank you for making our moments there pleasurable!

Very good food and great service. Owners are Christians and portray values in their restaurant.

One of the best breakfasts I've had in a while. Great diner setting, with an excellent and fun staff. Guests are great as well. This feels like a neighborhood restaurant, where everyone is like family.
If you're in the area and are looking for a great morning start, this is the place.
