Just Love Coffee Cafe - Georgetown

Unfortunately I am unable to give them a review on their food, as I've been sitting here for 45 minutes in curbside waiting for it to be brought out. I ended up having to go in and get my food, which had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. After going in and talking to the person at the counter and explaining my curbside order was over 45 minutes late, I was told I needed to pick up my order at the other counter. No apology, no empathy, nothing. I called multiple times while I waited in curbside, and was just told it was almost ready, but it never arrived. I cannot recommend this place as their customer service skills left a lot to be desired. I can understand unexpected busy times, but show some customer service instead of being rude.

08/22/2021 Update - I wanted to give this restaurant a second chance to upgrade my 1 star review. The service was much better the second time around. I ordered curb side and did have to go in and get my order, but it was because they only had 2 people on staff so I understood. The breakfast tacos were a little lacking in ingredients and were smashed flat (think quesadilla made with 1 tortilla) with some sort of branding device. They weren't bad, but could have had more filling in them. I also tried a blueberry muffin and it wasn't bad. My wife had the avocado toast, she said it was good but preferred it from another local restaurant. I've added 2 stars to my original review.

Very friendly staff. Great coffee. And amazing food, and an amazing atmosphere. Love this place.

Stuffed Nutella Waffle and Titmisu coffee, sweet but not to sweet, just PERFECT. Service was as perfect as the Waffle 💯

Dined in for lunch but have also ordered breakfast from here as well. Lunch was good! Nice sized portions and good food. The tables were dirty, but that's not a big deal. Every time we've gotten breakfast from here, it's been a huge hit. The coffee is great, too!

Been there 2 times. None of the food I have gotten has been that great. Chicken in quesadilla is obviously frozen and reheated and very rubbery. Took the food to go since the place was pretty dirty. Overall not very impressed, but very nice staff.

Received order with incorrect ingredients. Manager was rude and disrespectful. Will not be returning. Do not recommend

The name I love Coffee is amply suited. The atmosphere is relaxed, casual, rustic, warehouse-like (concrete floors and unfinished, high ceilings just like inside a warehouse but dressed up with hanging lights, floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of outdoor seating in front by parking lot. The Cha Cha coffee was delicious, not too sweet but a combo of coffee and hot chocolate. Those are the positives.

Notice the name of place is not I love Breakfast. The food quality is not adequate for the price paid. The Belgium waffles are awful. They are undercooked, the batter is heavy, not light and crispy as a waffle should be IMHO. The eggs were likely made in a microwave, tasteless and heavy. Save your money on food. Maybe their muffins are a better option with the coffee. Not a place to eat real food, just a place to grab a coffee and relax.

I absolutely love this place! The service was excellent and very fast. I had my order out in less then 10 minutes. The food is amazing, and the portion sizes are just perfect.
Everything tasted great, and the atmosphere was really nice. A little noisy, but it was a Saturday afternoon so pretty busy. The staff was super friendly and personable. 😊

Excellent service, outstanding staff and delicious eats. We'll definitely return.
