The young workers at this establishment are obviously insincere and insecure about themselves. They negatively comment about every guest that comes into this coffee shop and act as if their job is so difficult.Their coffee is less desirable than Starbucks or even Dunkin’. I won’t be returning to buy a $6 small pumpkin spice latte that taste like cinnamon from the dollar store.

Love the vibe here! One of my favorite places to go and study, read a book and get a hot chai latte ☕️
You should try their Nutella latte 🤤

Vety nice, open welcoming space. Super friendly staff, quality drinks and tasty baked goods. Glad I dropped in and will definitely be back!

I like there Latte, but the place is not my favorite little bit old and dark, but know many people like this type of environment 🙏🏻

Super cute place, but the baristas don’t seem to know what is in the drinks they’re serving. I specifically asked for my drink unsweetened and was given a coffee with syrup in it, after already asking the guy at the register what was in the drink, and ordering it without the syrup. I understand, things get miscommunicated, but when I politely asked for my drink to be remade, neither of the baristas there were very nice about it. I also asked if the almond milk has sugar in it and got an “I don’t know.” It’s really not hard to know what comes in the drinks on your menu.

So cozy. This is how I want my coffee shop, great service, welcoming environment, and yummy coffee. They are so festive at Christmas.

Rosalind is one of my favorite spots to get a good cup of coffee and study and I have been a longtime customer for about two years now, but I had an awful experience with one of the new owners there today. I went in today to grab a cup of coffee and study, and I had my bag with all my pens and pencils next to me on the table. I had my earbuds in when a man approached me(I'm guessing it was one of the new owners) and tapped on my bag to get my attention. He then proceeded to tell me(very rudely might I add) that I needed to take my bag off the table. I took my earbud out and said "I'm sorry?" and he again told me that he didn't want me to have my bag on the table and that I needed to put it either on the ground or in the chair next to me. I responded with "ok?" and put my bag on the chair and he went behind the front counter. I was planning on staying for a while longer because I had a lot of work that I needed to get done, but I decided to just gather my things and leave. I can't even understand why a bag can't be on a table in a coffee shop? Idk, that just doesn't even make sense to me. I will not be coming back if they're going to treat their customers like children that they're scolding.

I keep giving this place chances but I won’t be back again. The baristas don’t know how to make quality coffee, they pull shots and leave them there to die before they even start making your coffee. They only have one person working the bar. They are really slow. For people you need to come & go, its not going to happen you will spend 20-30 min there. They are very inconsistent

Blueberry scones are excellent, and there are regularly specialty drinks available.
