The food was delicious, the service good and the setting absolutely fantastic. I was there three weeks ago (an hours drive). They are only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The lavender tea and the lavender ice cream with lavender honey over it are both somethkng everone should try.

This is a neat little lavender farm. They have a nice cafe in the back with tasty lunches. I got to walk the lavender field as well as a butterfly garden. They also have a gift shop where you can purchase dried lavender bouquets and other goods.
I hope to go back around Memorial Day for their Lavender Festival .

Beautiful esthetics and lots of fun artistic yard art to enjoy along with flowers, farm animals and the primates. In regards to the food it is well done and service is excellent. It's a great place to get away from it all and lower your stress level. Highly recommend!

I love lavender ridge farms and keep going back every summer. I’ve taken friends and grandparents here. Anytime someone is visiting Texas for the first time I take them here. It’s near enough to the Dallas/Fort Worth area that you can make a little day trip of it and allows you to see a little slice of rural Texas. The atmosphere is laid back, casual and relaxing. You walk among the flowers and lavender field and see the family’s small animals. There’s goats, birds and a pig. It’s very laid back and you’re free to wander around, sit in their hammock and just enjoy the day. They serve fresh and light salads and sandwiches and a lavender lemonade that you have to try. There’s a gift shop that sells homemade soaps and products as well.

Very tranquil, love the big shade trees, beautiful landscaping, and all the animals. This would be a great place to take a small group of kids for an outing. I did not care for the dusty road in and out and the long line to eat at the cafe.

Was looking forward to this. Brought my family from England. What a disappointment! Very evident that they have out grown their facility. Port-a- potty's! really. and only one regular restroom! I think they have grown too fast!
Wanted to eat in the cafe, line was way to long. and then if we had of gotten in i would have felt rushed.
I expected to see fields of Lavender, but it had already been harvested!
The vendors were great.
Parking was a nightmare. If it had been anything other then a one way system ( only one way in and one way out) you had to wait and wait and wait!
I think they need to revamp EVERYTHING! I love the hippy dippyness of it but some things have to change. I would only go again when it was not during the festival and if I was in the neighborhood. I loved the birds, not partial to a lot of animals in cages, the smell around the animals was a little ripe. I LOVED the tree with the chairs, cant remember what it was called but it was cute.

Went out there Saturday, May 21, 2016 and was very very disappointed. The road to your place was awful! The road getting to your place was great, it was the driveway in your property that was muddy, full of holes and puddles. Not a single bloom in sight! When I told you about the road you said "Yes, I hope you're not driving a small car because you might loose it". You should really update your website with real pictures.

Nice outdoor setting under big oaks for lunch. Owner and employees at Lavende Ridge are very nice and helpful. Great lavender products and more!
