Very cool space in a historic building the interior was very rustic and well preserved. The seating is limited both indoors and out, but I suppose because of its location it is a grab and go place for the people who work in the surrounding buildings. Near average espresso but above average price. A single shot of espresso was $3.50, which would make it the most expensive in Fort Worth.
Edit!
I returned a month after my initial review to a warm welcome from the owner. The price of the espresso was adjusted to a much better price, and I was turned on to their drip coffee this time around, and wow, honestly probably one of the best if not the best drip coffee in Fort Worth! Chris and Efrain know and love coffee and are great to have a chat with. Will be returning often.

What a find! I strolled past this place and decided to gave it a try. I think this place is pretty new so I wasn’t expecting much. But wow! This may be my new favorite morning coffee stop. This place may be new, but they make some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. A huge plus is that the Owner, Jon, is incredibly nice and welcoming. Just a top notch place all around. If you’re nearby, definitely stop in and thank me later.

Stopped by somewhere new on a whim and very glad that I did. Neat atmosphere in a historic building with character. More importantly, are the knowledgeable, helpful owner and staff who take great pride and care to create quality drinks. Will definitely be returning to support this local business!

I love this coffee house! John introduced himself the minute I walked in the door, and was genuinely interested in what I did for a living. I ordered an Americano, and I have to tell you it was one of the best I've ever had. There was no bitterness, smooth, and flavorful. Highly highly highly recommend this place.

Hands down the best coffee shop in Ft. Worth. Nothing else comes close, not to mention the parking is more accessible than any other coffee shop downtown. The staff is super friendly. The food is great. The horchata latte is incredible.

Had a great experience with the co-owner and employee this afternoon. Great break away from Starbucks. Just a short walk from Sundance Square. Very close to the courthouse; just southwest catty corner. Interesting and delicious menu. Hope to come back soon.

This place was a nice find in my recent trip to Fort Worth! I tried the Horchata Latte, and it was great! I really appreciate the small details they add to the flavor of just about anything that touches the drink... Chipotle whipped cream!!???? Yes, please!! Great job guys, and great art on the walls! Daniel Scott’s recycled mosaics are awesome! Overall, I’ll definitely be back. Keep crushing it fellas!

A very cozy environment. I love the rustic and industrial feel. The owner knows his coffee and is very creative. I love the selection on their menu. This place is a nice getaway to enjoy your alone time. Their chai tea latte was great! Light and tastful.

This place is a bit small but the drinks are so good and so worth the price. The coffee flavor was not super strong so it was perfect for me since I'm not a big fan of strong coffee taste. The baristas were both really chill. Highly recommend!
