Great coffee!! Better than Starbucks!
You must try them. There are new locations opening up all over the metroplex! Ask for a " soft top" on top of any drink.
It's like marshmallow cream. Even better than whipped cream!

Heard good things about the company. Tried this location a few times and was impressed all around. They’re unique with their menu and I appreciate that (coming from a regular Starbucks customer). They’re different and I’m a fan. The employees are always in a good mood, super nice, patient and welcoming to their brand. Try them out!

This is a great location and the people were super friendly and my drink was made very quickly. What more can I ask for!?! Again … not sure how they train for customer service, but they are doing something right and others should learn from Dutch Bros. 💜💜💜

Ran through the drive through. Never been before so thought we would just go for plain coffee and a simple sweet drink. Ended up being served coffee with frothed milk for the plain coffee. A little disappointed, but for a latte it was pretty good. Also ordered an iced carmel drink that was sweetened, but had no carmel flavor at all. I think they may have just left that part out. The coffee was good, just down on the details at the drive through.
I liked the coffee so I'll go back and next time be specific when ordering. Definitely a good alternative to the 'bucks.

The gentleman at the window that took my order was absolutely incredibly amazing!!! His vibe was extremely friendly, I loved every ounce of energy he was putting out. Super cool guy wish I got his name

Always friendly service. Busier location since it became popular but employees are always upbeat with a smile. Coffee drinks here taste better than alternative brands. Wish more customers would use the app to streamline the ordering process.

While in the drive-thru waiting I observed the employee engage in a lengthy conversation with the "customer" in front of us,look back several times, continue to engage in her conversation, then call over another employee to laugh and chat at the window as well and this continues for at least 10 minutes and several cars pulled up behind us before the blonde associate that was beckoned to the window grabbed a tablet to finally come service us while the darker haired associate continued to chat and picked up a cup to fiddle with. They seemed to have no regard for the line that had been accumulating while they were laughing and casually chatting as if in their home parlour. Review the footage. I've never given anyone a 1 star rating as far as I can recall, I just don't return to the establishment, but I was very taken aback by the nonchalant demeanor the associates had in wasting everyone's time. Coffee is great. Love the cold brew with a soft top.
However, the drive thru set up is garbage. There’s no order to it. People cutting lines and getting mad. I even saw someone drive over the sidewalk to get out of a crazy line. They could take a lesson from chick-fil-a vs. the crazy anxiety inducing experience it is to grab drive thru here. Hence, a generous 3 stars.
