Lots of selection but the whole store smells way too much like perfume of some sort. Scented on steroids. If you are sensitive to perfume or scented overkill, stay out of this store.

First visit here and the food was pretty good. I got the enchiladas which were good but would have been better if they were heated more. The cheese was not melted in the center of them, so it was still in its shredded form. Service was excellent. I'd try them again.

I have always loved the store, even back when it was Garden Ridge for their vast selection. Their quality has never been great but I've always known that. But it's this particular store. The management and staff are rude, completely untrained and lack in basic customer service. The tall bald manager at the front was unexplicably rude. Good luck getting any kind of help, let alone accurate pricing or information. Just shop at your own risk. I'm going to try the one in Hurst.

Really like at home for stuff around the house. Got a couple of very soft couch pillows and a picture frame today. Most things they have there are reasonably priced and of decent quality. Lots of options to choose from. Like to walk around with the wife just to check out what they have.

Huge selection of stuff, but staff isn't very friendly. At checkout, the cashier didn't seem to know what he was doing which is understandable since he may be new, but after a few minutes if scanning, deleting, and rescanning the only item I'm purchasing, tells me the total that is higher than it should be since it is on sale. I corrected him and said it is 50% off but he insisted I was wrong. I was about to ask for a manager before he gave in and admitted I was right (which seemed like he knew all along but was too lazy to figure out the correct way to ring up the item). I found that incredibly poor customer service. Double check your total and make sure it's right otherwise they may rip you off here.

Not good. I went in to get some specific curtains and they only had 2 in stock and I need 6. I asked if they could order items and they said no and didn't offer to help me further. While still at the alliance store I called the one by the northeast mall and the employee that answered was very helpful. Even though her scanner wasn't working she went and looked for the item I was wanting. They didn't have any in store but she was the most helpful and I wasn't even her customer yet! That's how customer service should be. It's rare to get good customer service now which is unfortunate. And what store doesn't have online shopping!? I'm sure At Home losing alot of customers because of this. Me being one of them now.

Really enjoy this place. Great deco with good prices. Also they have items you don't see in every house. Got a bunch of great Christmas yard items. Would recommend this place. Very large with a little bit of everything. Designers dream!

Kind of like an Ashley furniture mixed with a Wal-Mart, and the result isn't too great. Lots of stuff on the shelves but unfortunately none of it is very appealing...
