I waited 15 minutes and paid $11 for a sandwich in which the bread was virtually indistinguishable from the paper wrap it came in, the meat was stale and paltry, and the vegetables were tasteless. As a piece de resistance the drink machine had no water, so I left thirsty. Avoid this franchise at all costs.

Won't waste my money here ever again. I ordered a 12" chicken bacon ranch on Italian herbs and cheese and asked for all the bacon on one half. Apparently this was asking for way too much. First, no Italian herbs and cheese. Second, even though it was a foot long until the very end when she cut it and wrapped it (same veggies on both halves), she made a 6" chicken ($7) and 6" chicken bacon ranch ($8). So I had the pleasure of paying $5 MORE and received 2 pieces of bacon LESS. Third, no chocolate chip cookies. Fourth, the white bread was hard as a freaking rock and I ended up throwing away 1/3 of my sub. This was about 3:30pm so well after lunch and before dinner. My guess is, since they're in a truck stop, poor service and food quality doesn't matter because truckers do not have very many options available to them.

I just paid $11.45 for a 6 inch, chips and drink. I thought there was a mistake so when I questioned the cashier she was very rude with her response. The bread was toasted so long it all fell apart when I went to eat it. I live here in town so I'll make it a point never to eat here again

we ordered 3 sandwiches. only one was made correctly. we pitstopped here for a quick bite, it's been nearly 45 minutes to get three sandwiches correctly made. these girls are more concerned with hanging out and flirting with their friends than customer care. stop with caution.

I’ve been to many Subways all over the country and this one is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The employees were so y friendly towards me and the other customers. They skimped on meat. The sandwich was way overpriced for the lack of em quality. This place only survives because of its location and lack of other options.

Rude employees, there was no sprite or coke but they charged me for it, then said that only the orange works. They made no attempt change the syrups and offered no refund.

The person handling food kept dropping vegetables to the side and then picked it up and added it back to the sandwich, that is not healthy or clean way to handle food during the pandemic. There were flies flying in and around the food area. They need to prioritize the staff to clean the counters and the area around, have the staff change their gloves often and use clean knives for every customer.
