Every beverage I have had so far has been very tasty. There is no chalky taste or grittiness in their drinks. All of them are creamy and delicious. The front area to hang out while you wait is fun with some games available. The patio is pretty nice as well. The only thing that stinks is that they don’t open until noon so no getting boba on your way to work in the morning or on the weekends when your starting your day.

Really good service, not the fastest but overall great flavors!

It wasn't exactly welcoming. When paying $22 for two drinks, you'd hope that the person taking orders would at least greet you and other patrons. During this first, and only, visit, the employee taking orders simply stared at each person as they walked up, waiting for their order. I said hello when it was my turn, and he just stared in response.

Other than the service, the area is really nice, albeit not easy to find.

Arrived the store at 9:30pm and they close at 10:00pm. They are selling the drink yet close the restrooms. Don’t understand why it’s so hard for us to use the restroom.

Love the menu, the watermelon lemonade is great now that it’s getting hot out. Employee at the cash register wasn’t too friendly, and no one greeted us when we walked in. Honestly we figured out the menu on our own. It was our first time, so it would help if they ask if it’s your first time, and possibly make suggestions.

Very good customer service, and very good drinks. Definitely coming back!

Honeydew cream blast was very good for me. Tapioca was great with it, not a single one was hard to chew. You know how some places have one or two tapioca that has hard balls? This place doesn't...

Teapioca is the first place my family has gone to for takeout since the lock down began last year. Because we had never been there, we really planned ahead. We went online and went through the menu for a couple days so we would know exactly what we wanted. When I called ahead to see how pick up worked, the person I spoke to was so helpful and kind. Then we ordered online and went to go pick up our drinks. Everyone was so helpful and nice inside. Usually after so much build up, you would think we would be disappointed. But, this is a place that really met our expectations and beyond. Everything we ordered was as good as we imagined it would be and better. I know that for some people, picking up a few drinks would be no big deal, but it made our weekend thanks to the qualify of the product and the amazing patience and help of the staff. They were very busy today, but not too busy to be incredibly nice. We will be back a lot.

This was my first visit. We were celebrating my granddaughter's 17th birthday. It was so amazing! The coconut smoothie I had was so delicious. I am looking forward to my next visit to try a different treat.
