Good Coffee

Giving an honest review. This place is just okay. It has a good location but in a funky intersection. It appears to be connected to a motel and from inside the restaurant, you get an unfortunate view of the pool and motel. The place has a good Mexican vibe going but it's starting to become dated. The food is the important part though and as stated, it's just okay. The enchiladas montadas needed more flavor for a Mexican restaurant. The machacada was meh. The queso was really watery and the coffee was as bland as it gets. The price felt high to me because of the quality but it's probably because of the location.

On March 5th, about 11 a.m. with a party of 5. We decided to dine at this location and order 4 Bowls of Menudo for breakfast. When the Menudo was served it had a fowl smell like the tripe was not properly cleaned. We gave it a chance and attempted to eat the menudo but the flavor was worse than the smell. We told the waiter, and there was no response or acknowledgment of our concerns. We were not offered any meal substitution, and we were charged full price. We tipped the waiter well since he had nothing to do with the flavor of the food.

Wow I cannot believe it. Beans were fried in some kind of old pork grease. Green chilaquiles, green sauce was the green sauce of a green Chile stew a horrible old taste. The over easy eggs were perfect. And the flour tortillas are super delicious. Our waiter was great and asked me if something was wrong. I just got grossed out with beans and green sauce on chilaquiles.

First time there, very, very nice & clean restaurant. Food was Delicious, very friendly and courteous staff. I really liked the ambiance, looking forward to the Mariachis on Fridays.

The restaurant and the service were great. The food tasted really fresh. They also have daily happy hour drink specials. It was located in the next building to my hotel. It was always packed during breakfast hours.

Mediocre food. The atmosphere was terrible.
I had to ask them to turn down some awful house music that was blaring from the bar.
Super rude to have that going at breakfast.
Food tasted like the griddle had not been cleaned properly or old oil was used.

The staff was very nice though.

Had green Chile chicken enchiladas. Chicken a little dry, flavor was great. A little pricey for Mexican food. I'd come back.

My waiter was great, but other waiters not so much (you can tell just by observing). Food taste good and nice big portions.

First time trying this place. Food was actually quite good. Servers were very attentive and polite. Would totally revisit in the future.

This is my third time coming back and I have had great customer service experience. The food was amazing and delicious. Waitress was attentive and friendly.
