Global Coffee Roasters

So, I went online today to order some beans and saw that they have a special that states "buy one bag, get one 20%." I jumped at the opportunity, but I had some questions first because I didn't know how to get the 20% since there was no coupon code and nothing was dedcuted when I added the 2 bags to my cart. I wanted some beans as soon as possible as I had run out today for my espresso machine and I didn't want to wait for shipping. I usually order from another local coffee roaster whom I love, but decided to give these guys a try. I called and was told that I would be on hold for 5 minutes, I was on hold for 16 minutes and I hung up. I called a few minutes later and I was asked if I could be placed on hold for 10 minutes and I said no thank you, I would call later. I finally was able to talk to someone who rushed me and cut me off when I asked about the coffee bag special. She said she doesn't know why they still have that special on the website and they do not honor it anymore. The review is based solely on my experience today, I don't know how good their beans are. Honestly, I won't be trying this place again based on the customer service and the false advertising. It was a complete waste of time. I'll stick to my original roaster who is easy to work with and doesn't have rude staff.

I had the iced abuelita mocha, it has a great flavor, not too sweet. The mazapán latte and the global coffee are also good.

Tasty bagel sandwiches. Bad experience otherwise. Staff and drink i ordered were so bad. All i wanted was to enjoy a hot london fog. It wasn’t to be. 😞.

There is nothing like it and what makes it even more special is how individualized the service is…They treat my wife like a Queen. Thank you Carly

I'm obsessed with Global Coffee! I live out of town but make sure to stop every time I am home. Their signature drink "global" is delicious as are all the specialty ones like the Mazapan Frappe.

Perfect atmosphere for doing business or relaxing and conversating with a friend or colleague. Their espresso is good.

Oh my gosh, I'm hooked on their Abuelita Mocha and more. They have the most friendliest customer service EVER. If these barristas aren't your friends, they will be after they make you a cup of any great selections Global Coffee has. Yummmmm 😁

Really cute coffee place! Loved the design of the place. The girl who helped with our order was super nice and friendly, and she made you feel very welcomed! I went to get some homework done. They have wifi and it was quiet enough for you to work. The cookies and cream frappe is delicious!

Everything about this place is awesome! Support Local! Loved the Mazapán Latte. They have dairy substitute that’s always appreciated and I loved the environment. Everyone here is super friendly and things are made with lots of care and passion! 5 STARS!!

This place is so refreshing. You really can taste the difference between this handmade locally owned business over the corporate chains. The mazapan latte is so good, and their bagged coffee is great too. Unlike a corporate coffee chain I’ve been to, rhymes with “CarPucks”, Global’s coffee doesn’t have a consistently burnt flavor. Global Coffee Roaster is my favorite local coffee shop, leaps and bounds over the competition.
