Highly comfortable spot. The barista takes his time to personalize each and every drink and the coffee itself is delicious. Considering it's hip coffee downtown, it's reasonably priced. Totally recommend it.

This review is based on 3 visits. The last 2 were what earned a 2 star review. All 3 were an experience face to face with the owner/manager, P.A. (she said so anyway, and I find it hard to believe based on my experience with her. If it's true, the days of this place are numbered.)
The first visit was on 10/19, I ordered a 12oz Columbian coffee. Only took them about 5-7min to make, still a while but worth the wait. The coffee was great, hot, no strong aftertaste. Very clean, robust flavor for a medium to high altitude coffee. I was very happy with the product. The service however was another story. She seemed very uncomfortable talking to me. Very insecure approach to answering basic questions about the types of coffee they sold and additions available. I didn't know she was the owner then, so I figured she was a new hire. I asked her if we can make phone orders and she confirmed.
Next visit, 10/25, I made a phone order for an Ethiopian 12oz coffee with 2oz of Soy, 15 MINUTES before. She warned me they were busy, but that she could make it happen. I arrived only to find that they hadn't even started my coffee, and there were 4 people in the lobby. All with coffee some with food. So I told her I would be right back, I returned back 30 min later, still no coffee. She said it was never made because it would be sitting too long and would end up being cold. Understandable.
Called in the next day, 10/26, 20-25 minutes prior. Ordered the same thing as before, Ethiopian with soy. She remembered me, and told me that she would make the coffee 10 min after my call "to make sure it's hot when I arrive" - we had that conversation on 10/25. I arrived and was told they were still working on my coffee. I asked how long and she told me it would be another 5 minutes. THEY WERE NOT WORKING ON MY COFFEE, THEY HAD JUST STARTED AS SOON AS THEY SAW ME WALKING TO THE ENTRANCE. She knew it was me on the phone, which makes me think I'm the only one making phone orders.
I then confronted her, without knowing she was the manager at the time, about my bad experience the last 2 visits, as she was the root of it BOTH TIMES. Her ego took over, and lead her response with smirk to her coworker and then to me. No apology, but instead an explanation of coffee brewing. When I reminded her about her allowing phone orders and that both times I called WELL IN ADVANCE, she gave me an open smile, as if she would laugh and looked at her coworker. I then proceeded to walk out - no coffee, no apology, Nada.
I called to make a complaint regarding the employee's lack of empathy and customer service. That's when I learned the manager/owner was the person I had been dealing with this whole time. Still no apology for leaving me with no coffee at 8AM, during a work week, for 2 days - back to back. No apology for the false expectations she created. Just an impromptu crash course on her job description and coffee brewing practices. Just like her I didnt have any, effs to give.
It's safe to say that I won't be returning. Either this manager has her customer demographic all figured out, or she's just ignorant to the business side of things. I'm saying it here, this business won't survive. It's days are numbered.

Cute Cafe for a quick lunch, small get together and hang out w friends. Delicious options for teas, coffees and even a shroom cafe.

I spent several hours here to study. I had both a pour-over and a decaf americano. The decaf espresso was better than expected. The exterior walls are mostly window so it’s a good spot for people-watching but dress warmly in the fall/winter if you plan to hang out and you’re cold-blooded.

This is based on an espresso drink: no. Just no. Pretty place, pleasant people, proper paper cup, but I'm there for coffee because their name has coffee in it. I was also swayed by their espresso-centric menu. My drink was very bitter.

Good coffee, and there are milk alternatives. It's a shame none of their holiday specials could be made vegan though. The ambience of the place is not top tier among coffee shops I've been to, although for EP it is top tier ambience.

Oat milk latte. Coffee is Picacho roasters. The food is surprisingly good. Comfortable atmosphere. Downtown parking isn't the best, but if you can, you should walk there. This place represents what El paso is growing towards.

Ambience is nice inside and the workers are very friendly. The vanilla bean ice coffee is delicious. That grilled cheese with asadero is very good! 👍👍

We got the hot chocolate and a cold brew with soy (can we talk about how cute that cup is?!) super awesome place and yummy drinks. Love the vibe and customer service!

Maybe the best coffee in El Paso. I get the pourover coffees usually, though the espresso machine drinks look good too. The people at the counter are friendly and helpful and there's a smaller assortment of pasteries. My only suggestion is to have more ergo friendly laptop spots with easy to reach plugs. The tall counters that seem meant for this force weird wrist positions, though the couches are comfy and better for ergo and wrist positions.
