PJ's Coffee

This coffee shop deserves giving a try. I just drive by and stop here to get my favorite drinks and never regret. Quite and clean environment. People are friendly and smily though.

It's now my fourth visit and I think this time warrants a review. During each visit, I've always been greeted as soon as I walk in, and this time with a "Thanks for coming back!". As of today, I think the drink that excited my palate the most, is the Velvet Creme. Try it!!! PJ's Coffee is a great coffeeshop for me to come and relax, and enjoy a hot (or cold) brew after a busy day of conference calls at home.

Wow! What a treat!! I was unsure what I wanted and the barista asked me a few questions the whipped up some magic in a cup. This shop is SUPER clean, quaint, and a great place to get some work done. Might be my new favorite stop in Dallas!

Had a good coffee here, it was open even on Sunday afternoon

Everyday I wake up in my apartment which is kept at a cool 50 degrees and begin my preparations for the day ahead. I roll out of my bed and feed my poor, cold companion Grimlock Heedmartin who is basically a small man in an ill fitted dog suit. After I stare into his koala like eyes and will with all my might some thoughts into that smooth brain of his I remember I need coffee for I too am just a smooth brained creature until coffee is had.

But not just any coffee. I need PJ'S coffee. More specifically I need a large americano with steamed heavy cream. And who is there to greet me most mornings before I can articulate anything beyond some primordial grunts which were last uttered by my ancestors as they left the saftey of the fire in their caves?

Justice.

Most everyday Justice says "Hello Tom!" and then begins crafting the only thing that stands between me and world domination. My perfectly crafted large Americano with steamed heavy cream.

Each day I am joyfully asked if I'd like to use my points and I say "not today, I'm saving it for when I have no money." And since painting season is here that will be very very soon as clientele begins to wash up in favor of spending money of gifts and trips instead of permanently altering their flesh-meat with black ink I scrawl into their dermis; Spicy scrimshaw if it pleases you.

Everyone that works here is excellent, attentive, lovely and if you don't agree then I suggest examining your life choices and seeing what faults brought you to this wrong assessment.

In conclusion, everyone here is perfect and the coffee keeps me sane.

Also the egg bites are pretty rad.

From the first visit at the Grand Prairie location to the location on Midway I’ve always had great experiences. I was so happy when I found out that this location is less than 10 minutes from home. 😊. I've been going to PJ'S everyday since my first visit. The coffee is GREAT and the staff is absolutely amazing!!! 😊 Today I tried the Pralines and Creme, and it was DELICIOUS!!!! 😊

Pj Coffee assist me in the matter of my missing king cake section quickly and professionally I will be back thank you so much BTW I order beignets too and they were delicious.

MAKAYLIA WAS REALLY AWESOME! She took time to have a conversation with us and engage about what we love. We connected on music and churches here in Dallas and it was great. My friend spilled some of her drink and she switched her cup and added more whip cream and sweetener to accommodate taste. Great service and the coffee is good !

Just had PJ’s for the first time, the chai tea and the spinach & feta croissant were amazing. Will definitely go back!!
